The hotel's lay out is done nicely and I am purely giving 2 stars due to this factor. It's generally a lovely place surrendered with lemon and orange trees. There is a shuttle bus from main pool area up to kids club and also to the aquapark. Very easy access all around the place however this does not change the fact that the food and service are below average. We liked the hotel mainly but the food and entertainment was deffinitely below our expectations. We have seen same main dishes for 5 days repeatedly. They seem to serve previous evening's left overs on the next day which is unacceptable and that rises a concern about hotel's quality. You can easily notice that on cheese platters, chips, pizza and most other main dishes which are served 2-3 times over and over again. We had a sweetcorm on the last day and it was ridicoulously hard to eat. They seemed to boil it again and again and serve to the customers for which it should have been thrown away on the first day as the weather is hot and the food gets off easily. Entertainment is quite limited and less tempting to join overall. During our 7 days stay we only watched 2 activities, one was the pool party with a show and one game with a bouncy castle in the main pool area. Kids club seemed to be fine but again due to majority of guest being Russian they seem to aim to entertain their kids more. We went to watch a kids movie on one of the evenings also and that seemed to be in Russian too. When we questioned this with one of the staff we were told they choose the language based on majority. So unluckily if you are the only national from your country there is no way your kids will be treated in the same way.We have stayed in one of the blocks and room seemed okay. The carpet on our room seemed to have lots of dirt which required deep cleaning rather than daily wipe out. They purely ignored that part and kept accomodating it. For such price, I expect to have a clean flooring which was missed on this occasion. Also, AC on some bar areas are out of order. So if you fancy a cold drink in boiling hot weather especially between 12 and 3pm the lobi and bar areas should be ideal but not in this place as you need to hunt for a seating with AC on which are mainly further away from bars. Additionally, if you are a coffee lover and prefer to have one in the mornings while chilling in the bar area you need to wait until 10am as they do not serve before hand. The only thing you can do is to get yourself to the main restaurant and treat with a coffee aftewards. Additionally, 99% of the visitors seems to be Russian so pease be prepared to feel like you are on holiday in a little Russia. There is mixture of Turkish and Russian staff in the hotel so if you are coming from abroad be prepared to be able to speak either language otherwise English is nearly unknown here. The Customer Services in the hotel is very poor and less interested to be involved in anything. We have hardly been asked how our stay was during a week's accomodation. They are less keen on improving their services or anything related to the hotel. Lovely place with really poor management!Overall, the kids had a nice time as toddler pools were quite nice but this does not change the fact we were not satisfied with the food, sevice and entertainment overall. For such budget, you can easily get a better holiday package elsewhere. Therefore I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone...

This is our second time here but the first time during the high season. That makes a big difference because many more facilities were operating this time.||There is a lot to like in this resort. Our room (the most basic) was large, clean and well laid-out. The mini-bar fridge worked well, the closet was equipped with plenty of hangers and shelves/drawers and the bed was comfortable. Their standard is a large double bed plus a single bed which we found convenient for staging things.||Food was varied, well-prepared and delicious. On their "Turkish" evening, they had a Maraş ice cream server, and he was a hit. We sat next ro him and enjoyed the show. The kids loved it! Other food locations - snack bar, patisseries, beach snack bar, gözleme/waffle stand offered pretty continuous coverage and plenty of good choices.||The staff was uniformly friendly and helpful.||We attended a couple evening entertainment shows - Ghost House and Michael Jackson. Both were very entertaining. Related, the animation/entertainment team was busy and quite effective, filling the day with a good variety of activities, from exercises to games. It was well planned and well executed.||We used one of their pavilions during the last three days of our stay. I highly recommend it. Not only for the convenience and comfort but also for the continuous wait service, from drinks to hot french fries and onion rings to ice cold ice cream. The location, right behind the beach, nicely complements having a room with a garden (vice sea) view.||We also sampled one of their a la Carte restaurants (seafood). The food was quite good, especially the starters, and the service/atmosphere was the best a la carte experience we have had in Antalya resorts.||Recommendations? A couple. ||Sometimes the water temperature in the shower varied a good bit. That's probably a difficult fix, but it's worth adding to the "to do" list.||İn 2025 Türkiye, it is common to find one's wallet containing only 200TL notes, especially after providing some well-deserved tips. I found myself in that situation, and I was unable to find anyone who could make change. Reception recommended the Bell Stand (which recommended Reception). The store downstairs wasn't able to help either. The losers were the deserving employees. It is probably a "sign of the times", when people use credit cards almost exclusively, but we recommend establishing a place that is stocked with change for these situations.||Again, our compliments and thanks for a very nice...

PROS Outside it seems like a Maldive resort - all nice, clean and green. Absolutely adorable. Huge variety of food of all kinds. Rooms are renovated and spacious. The staff tries to be smiley and polite.

CONS Upon reservation, I requested to be on ground floor (club standard room) if possible. During checkin they’re telling us we're on the 2nd. No availability? “Oh, no, there is availability, we’re gonna move you.” When arriving to the new room, I see it's the closest place to the night club - what a great spot for a family with a toddler :) When I realized that, I again requested to be changed back to the initial place, no matter the floor, as long as we're distant from the night club. “Dont worry, we’ll figure it out”. In the next room we were situated, 2 hrs later we figure out that the sink/toilet was leaking water out of it. I informed the Reception for the problem, but decided I was not gonna move any further, especially after unpacking 3 family suitcases. The plumber checked the problem in our absence, but aside of leaving us w/o towels -obviously to wipe out the floor- it didn't help. After the 2nd visit, the problem was fixed. Yay!

NOBODY, literally NOBODY speaks English aside of 1-2 people in the WHOLE resort. Its either Russian (90%+ of the guests are Russians) or Turkish. “Guest relations” use Google Translator to help you. Thanks God it existed!

Cleaning is every 2d, not daily, so our small garbage cans were always exploding. The toiletries were never refilled.

The mini bar is refilled … to unknown principle, but definitely not daily. One day you get a snack, the other day you get refreshments refilled, but you never get ALL stuff refilled at once.

Everything and everybody is very slow.

The mini pool bar was about to close. We were 3 on the line. The bartender served the guy before me and told me and the kid behind me that they were done for the day. She saved 1 min of her time not serving 2 cokes.

The LOUD animation goes till 12:30. The official start of lunch is 12:30 - I guess that's why. However, there are some snack restaurants that open 12:00, thankfully, cause majority of Bulgarian kids have lunch at 12 o'clock, so we had to bear half an hour each day at lunch time the loud music, which was quite irritating.

The guy responsible for the garden was cutting tree branches at 14:40 just in front of our patio, when our toddler had a nap.

So let's not go any further. I think it's...

Room clean enough and the hotel has lots of trees and flowers. Animation is wonderful. Nevertheless i have a few "buts" Food. Food is too spicy, not hot, very spicy. Nothing suitable for a 18month old baby to eat. Our baby ended up eating bananas, pasta and yoghurt a whole week straight. Guest relations gave us a card and promised to speak with the kitchen stuff, but at the restaurant nobody had a clue about any special baby menu. Definitely not worth the price. Seriously, potato puree made of powder, not real potatoes. Alcohol is absolutely discusting, impossible to drink. So grab something from the duty free on your way to Turkey. On my birthday I got food poisoning and required medical attention and iv infusion. Very slippery floor in the room. After i complained they brought 2 tiny non-slippery carpets. I asked for another 4 to cover the whole shower cabin. Never was provided to us, had to put a towel on the floor to cover all the slippery surface. Beach in my opinion could be cleaner, guests throw cigarettes, plastic cups directly on the sand. Restaurant is very crowded in peak hours, people end up sharing the same table. Poor knowledge of English or Russian of the staff. We managed to communicate after all, but had to explain myself twice, always. Strollers that they provide are quite old, so keep in mind taking your own stroller for babies. Would not recommend the hotel for babies younger than 3-5years. Do NOT expect punctuality. Hotel employees knock the door very loudly. Guest relations left us a letter at the door at 23.30 and knocked the door so loud they woke up our baby.

Every review is a subjective feeling, as they say, "100 people, 100 tastes." However, our holiday at Pine Beach met our expectations by 90%. I'm deducting 5% for the warm water in the pools. I personally don't understand it. When it's scorching hot outside, I want to cool down, not boil in the water. 😉 The other 5% is for our younger daughter, who is a bit picky. From the middle of our stay, she refused to eat because she didn't like the food, which made the situation and our days quite difficult. However, the hotel is not to blame for this. For me as an adult, the food selection was excellent, including kids' meals, diet meals, vegetarian meals, fish, cheese, fruit... What I would suggest is to season the dishes like meat, potatoes, and rice a bit more. The rooms were beautiful and clean every day. The hotel is clean and even pays attention to waste separation, which is great. On the other hand, they serve drinks in plastic cups. I understand that glass cups are not safe around the sea and pools, but there are better alternatives than plastic cups. 😉 The animations for both children and adults were great, and the evening program was excellent. The staff was very friendly, pleasant, and always smiling—at every bar, in the restaurant, in the hallway, and at the reception. Having its own fitness center is an added value. There are plenty of attractions and water sports. The resort area is large and extensive. For children, the Aquapark is oneand only. 😀 It's very hot and humid for me in Turkey (we had 42 °C), but this is the first hotel we would want to return to. Thank you

We found the variety of food to be very good, especially the Turkish Night, which we really enjoyed. Unfortunately, there were too few staff members during breakfast and dinner, so tables were often re-set late, and the drink service didn’t function properly. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the room service was good. The drink selection at the bars was also good, but we were disappointed that milkshakes and non-alcoholic cocktails at the bar were made with syrup and tasted accordingly. The spa staff advertised their services too frequently on the beach, which became annoying over time. 90% of the guests were Russian, and many activities were conducted in Russian. Although translations to English were occasionally provided, we felt excluded. Special thanks to the animation team, particularly Ataberk Bey and Alperen Bey, who always made an effort to involve non-Russian speaking guests. We enjoyed the evening shows, with Nihat Bey being the best host, and Burhan Bey performing exceptionally well in his role. In the patisserie, we were always warmly greeted by Cuma Bey and Yasin Bey. Special thanks to Mehmet Bey in the restaurant for his attention and kindness. Unfortunately, we cannot say the same about the staff in the cafeteria. The food at the pool bar was also good. However, the Wi-Fi, especially at the beach, was not very reliable.
