We went to Robinson Agadir last year. It was incredible. Best holiday ever. So when it came to choosing the family holiday for 2025, we went straight to Robinson and this time chose Nobilis, in Belek, Turkey.||We don't know how they raised the bar on Agadir, but my word, the levels here are insane. Let me explain.||Rooms: we stayed in Pompeius, 2nd floor. The buildings and rooms are very tasteful in design, they’re super clean, comfortable, the shower and A/C are powerful. Views of the golf course. Easy walking distance to every part of the hotel.||Food / Restaurants: top quality. Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, it's outstanding. Flavours, choice, attention to detail. Staff at the food stations are super helpful and knowledgeable. The choice is unreal, the quality is even better. I’ve had some of the best food ever. They really push the levels on ROBcarpet nights too. Sensational. Also, the waiting staff are attentive, very polite and also keep your wine full (with ice!). The Turkish dinner at Kuyu (shout out to Sultan!) was beautiful food in a magical river setting. ||The environment: the whole complex is big, but super clean, safe and the grounds are beautifully presented. The scents from the flowers, the sounds of the crickets. The lighting in the evening. The Beach and Beach Bar are sensational. Perfection!||The Entertainment: so good. All geared around fun. The production levels of the 4 theatre shows we saw were fantastic, with great choreography, lightning, sound etc. This coupled with the Pool Bar entertainment shows (also with some of the dancers from the shows) were top class. Shout out to Kathy (dance classes for someone with 2 left feet!), Samet (group dance class that my daughter & wife enjoyed), and especially Lina (who’s a world class acrobat, dancer, and just a very humble person to chat to too), but all of the entertainment team were 10/10. Just brilliant. ||Staff: everyone – and I mean everyone – from the top boss Tuna to the ladies who sweep the pine needles to keep the pool area looking great, were just super friendly and polite. Literally zero issues, only praise. We also want to thank Rana, our rollerblading pool lady (who’s training to be a Radiographer!) delivering drinks with a lovely smile. Hamza the brilliant bar man. Ozzy (Turkish lessons) was an awesome character and energy. Hakan (Tennis teacher) was great fun and really helped give 3 excellent tennis lessons.||The downside…. None! My only gripe was that we played golf twice (lovely course) but even on low season, it’s expensive. Whilst Robinson Management apparently can’t directly influence that as it’s a separate entity, but with so many guests from the hotel, I’d hope the Club offered better rates, because a 64pp EUR round (112pp in High Season) + 50 EUR for a buggy + 25 EUR (pp) for hire clubs (though not too bad), does make an expensive 2-ball game!||Overall, Robinson Nobilis gave us the BEST holiday we’ve ever had. We’re already looking at Robinson for next year. ||Finally, here’s the thing…. we were the only English there, well maybe another couple, and so it’s 99% German, but everyone is so lovely – and glamorous! We felt completely accommodated, and whilst my teenagers (19 & 16) would have wanted some English teens their ages, they still socialised really well. Indeed we met a fantastic German family (who all speak such great English) and we’re already in touch despite being back on our respective homelands! ||The best holiday ever. Thank you to everyone at Robinson Nobilis. We see why you have a 88% (!) return rate!!...

This hotel is amazing. Some highlights of our stay include: Each hotel staff we encountered were courteous, friendly and professional Special thanks to Mika in Guest Relations, Eren from the kitchen, Uğur from security, lkay from housekeeping and Tim from the animation team. They went above and beyond to service us or make us feel welcome and at home. Some may not be at the front line of the hotel but their warmth, hospitality and dedication are what set this hotel apart from others. Unprecedented attention to details from the hotel rooms to all other hotel amenities Delicious and diverse food offerings for breakfast, lunch and dinner Abundance of activities for all ages from the adults to the young
There is just one thing I would like to kindly mention to help future guests but this is completely unassociated with the hotel. We arranged transportation with TUI from the airport to the hotel and back. We were offered water in the airport shuttle. The driver handed us bottles of water and never mentioned that we had to pay for them. After we got off the shuttle, the driver told us that the water costed money and asked us to pay. We felt blind-sighted and didn’t appreciate the lack of transparency and open communication. It’s totally fine to charge for water but it’s important to inform the guests beforehand and be transparent about the costs.
In summary, I can highly recommend this hotel. We’ve already made our booking to come...
Read moreBooked through TUI germany. Found out after arrival Robinson chain caters only to Germans. Everything in German. Very limited English translations and often omitting key info. Way too expensive. Front desk's local staff under trained, no smiles, no greetings. Feels like I'm visiting a funeral home instead of a vacation spot. Only the young German staff smile. TUI lady Omn in hotel lacks service and problem solving skills. Unhelpful. Can't arrange simple things like transportation.
Rooms are clean but old. Activity arrangements are inconvenient to vacationers. Cocktails are horrible, not one we had was sellable outside of this resort. No real bar tenders.
Buffet is most uncomfortable part of our stay. It preps too much. At the end of the serving time you see staff throwing tons away, plates full of food, racks of meats, trays of fish all wasted. I was told it's the Turkish way of showing "abundance" they provide. I don't know how these Germans can take it and not feel terrible about it? Shows really poor management and food planning. So wasteful I feel guilty coming to this resort.
Typical poor German service; you get answers like "I don't know how to do it... It can't be done, and I don't know why it can't be done...it wasn't me so you have to go back to the other person". Never going to a...
