Global Friendship Hotel — Hotel in Gulu

I'm usually taken by surprise when I arrive at a hotel for the first time after thinking there was no better one.

Global friendship is one of the few hotels that demonstrates the name it was named after. Right from the gate to the reception to the bar and restaurant is a group of workers that will greet you with smiles and talk to you in friendly tones.

Situated just behind IMC Gulu, the hotel is a distance away from the city centre so don't expect to find the same noise and pollution you've been through already.

The rooms are decent, clean, organized and large enough. A wardrobe, fan, safe, coffee table, balcony and TV are all at your disposal to ensure your stay is worth it. The bathrroom is equipped with hot water and a bath tab.

The bed might not be as soft as you would expect but confortbale and large so be sure of a good night's sleep. Silence is the major aspect look for, and this hotel has it.

Breakfast is awesome. Ranging from fruits to fresh blended juice to food and teas. Never at any point did i leave the hotel not satisfied 😆

Parking lot is not large enough. A maximum of 15 cars can be parked in this premises.

Great service, their meat barbeque was well done,if you plan to have wine and you have a large group place your order early. I had pork and it was delicious, my friend had their goat meat and it was a downer. The food menu is also quite thin. Beyond rice and chips you're taking wild gambles.

The Room experience...basic. Comfortable but that's about it. They have fans in the room which was good as the heat swelters in the night. Power cuts are frequent too so enjoy your hot shower when you have one.

Nice place, but you need to think of snacks that is cheaper for even to a humble person, especially during watching matches, like popcorn instead of soda, something cheaper like at 2k, 1.5k, even 1k, you will see that place full during matches, love you global. Give to the...
