Considering it is not supposed to be a five stars hotel it is very nice for a night stay. The hotel and the rooms are nicely decorated in traditional African style which gives a great air to the place. The stuff is super lovely and helpful. The rooms aren't very spacious but they are good enough and beautifully decorated. The bathroom is good. The Wifi in the room is not usable too slow for everything. There is no air-conditioning nor fan in the rooms so it could get pretty hot during the day. The night was chilly enough. Dinner and breakfast were pretty good. Great welcome....though no cold beers ||Rooms very nice, large double bed and huge bathroom. Could have an overhead fan though.||Cultural dancers (before dinner) excellent, only place we saw anything of this sort in Uganda.||Food was good, but 'western' type. Here is where HCL have missed a 'trick', a fantastic opportunity to serve traditional Ugandan food.....matooke....chapati with peanuts / sesame.Breakfast average||Time to sleep......actually not much was had.....loud pumping music all night, eventfully ceased at around 4 !! Read moreFor three reasons I would avoid this location.||One, it served the worst food by far of any of the lodges we stayed during our nearly 3 weeks in Uganda. The chicken dish was nearly all gristle and fat and thus not edible.||The breakfast was fair at best.||Two, the beds were the worst of any we experienced.
