Booked a birthday party a week in advance, got there and what we'd ordered wasnt there and the manager told us "there was a protocol" for us to get what we had ordered. It was evident theres in house fighting. The food was horrible. We were at the roof top and when they started the furnace for the sauna smoke covered the entire top floor when we complained the manager among other stuff were acting like the sauna had been constructed the night before. I noticed they didnt take any blame for them selves. It was basically our fault. Food was served at 4pm guests had arrived at 1pm. Service is Trash.
