Grafo Centre — Hotel in Kampala

Grafo is such an amazing place. We felt very comfortable like being at home. Facilities such as bed, bathroom, heater, kitchen, and living room were clean and well managed. Wifi was very fast and stable. Only I wish there were more hangers for clothes. Security was perfectly safe and managers always stood by to serve us. The location was great too in walking distance from Capital Shoppers, Ntinda Trading Center, etc, while the place is quiet at night. Management teamwork was super impressive because from the beginning to the end of our stay, they took continuous good care of us, and our inquiries or concerns were sorted out in a second or min. It was a worthy enough experience! We shall definitely come back to Grafo next time...

I stayed here from 12/24/23 to 1/9/2024 and this was one of my best vacations ever. The place was quiet and clean. All the staff was so kind and nice. Mr Ezra was away during the time of my stay however, Mr Moses was exceptionally amazing. They catered to almost all my needs. They are very professional as well.
