Mixed Experience at Pier One Lounge & Restaurant!

I visited Pier One Lounge & Restaurant recently and had a mixed experience. The limited parking space was a drawback, with only street parking available for a few cars, which might be unsafe. On the positive side, the toilets were clean, and the bar setting was decent. The food, unfortunately, fell short of expectations, earning a 4/10. Pier One is a very good place, full of vibe, nice DJs and food. I have always been coming to Pier One without any problems but recently me and my friends were blocked by bouncers from accessing the place without giving any reasons. A few minutes later, another couple was too denied access without telling them why. This has pushed me to change to other places after 6 months. I hope the management will look into it and tell their security team to always be nice and give people reasons why they are...

Nice place and bar with a good ambience although the customer care was lacking. We got there and all tables had bottles and no one was there to guide which ones were reserved and which ones weren't. The waitresses just saw us coming in and sitting and only after we looked for someone to serve us, we were told the table was reserved. So they kept moving us from one table to another. Only reason we stayed was because we were hungry. One of the things that kill beautiful places is terrible...
