It seems to be one of the better hotels of Kampala. But still, there is room for improvement. At the entrance the security guard asks everyone to open their bags. I had a backpack, it was easy for me. But I just imagine what it is like for people who have a suitcase, when your stuff is tightly packed, and you have to open the suitcase, then repack and close it again. They don't even have a proper inspection table. It would have been much more practical if they had put an X-ray machine. I visited the restaurant. The waiter was clearly well-trained, tried his best to sell as much as possible and gave good service. Just, he misinformed me about payment methods: I asked if they accepted MTN MoMo Pay, and he said they did. When I started the procedure, he said they didn't and that I could send money to a personal MTN number and include the withdrawal charge. The tea was made with tap water. It tasted bad. Read moreHave just visited this hotel for one week and is very satisfied.||It is among the better hotels I have visited in Africa and everything taken into consideration its a good place to stay.||On the plus side I would mention, very clean rooms and other facilities. Lots of water, and after letting it running a bit, it also gets warm.||Extremly friendly staff, from cleaning, reception to the waiters, always helpfull and friendly.||The Hotel also provides a swimming pool (25 meters long) wich you can use for free when you stay at the hotel.||On the minus side I would say, its located on the side of a roundabout with a lot of trafic, so there is some streat noice.||The hotel is some years old, so renovation is ongoing, but thats only for the better.||I will sure stay here when I come back to...
