Pearl Highway Hotel — Hotel in Kampala

What a terrible place right from the gate I felt insulted but still decided to stay because I wanted to give this place a chance, this gate man instead of telling me my juice is not allowed inside, as I was walking into the reception the askari grabbed my juice and a polythene I was holding forcefully and I really felt bad, after that I complained but I guess guests are not wanted here, these guys didn't care what happened to me . There after I want to order for eats but they took 40 minutes in this empty place without any attendance, later when I called they said they were busy wow anyway I really hated this place is u want to kill ur mood go there poor...

We arrived at 230 AM after a delayed flight and not being able to find our original hotel. Even in the middle of the night, they carried all our bags up the stairs and were so friendly! Breakfas was amazing, with fresh fruits and bread as well as made to order eggs. We will be staying...
