Wow wow wow here I go for a wonderful Restaurant for all local foods available in quality Luwombo Restaurant &Take away your really the best with all Best local foods you served me a delicious meal I will never forget .... like for real I was not a fan of local foods but from the day I visited your restaurant my really in love with local foods...here I take this opportunity to appreciate the workers who really worked on me made really love the place thanks talking about the surrounding the place is soo comfortable for someone to have a meal from. .....my great thanks to Luwombo Restaurant & Take away on...

Luwombo restaurant is arguably the best local food restaurant in Makindye/Entebbe Road. The restaurants' signature dish is 'nyama ya box' loosely translated as big pieces of beef served in small hot stainless steel sauce pans. The meals go for 15k (standard for all dishes except fish which is 20k). Save for the ambience (i.e the dusty Busabala road and the fact that it's not spacious enough...which btw isn't an issue for their customers including me😂), I give them 5 star for everything...

Want to taste the best of Ugandan dishes!!! Meals are really prepared the local style. Stew is prepared in banana leaves locally called LUWOMBO from which the restaurant name is derived.
