Nice, quiet neighbourhood - easy to get by foot and tram from old town - tram number 1 you can reach both old town and main train/bus station. Nice stuff, helpful, but not really speaking English. There's a grocery store next door. We had pretty room for 2 with pillows on the shelfs, bright and clean - it was with balcony to the street. Nicely equiped minibar :) The other room we booked for 3 people (as we were 5 in total) turns out to be in the other building on the other side of the street (2 minutes walk) - this was regular flat - quite huge with big bedroom, big living room with 1 sofa bed and 2 sofas 'to sit' and even a piano :) plus tv in every room...also big kitchen fully equiped and table with 6 chairs...plus bathroom and separately toilet. My thought is that this flat is very good for long stays as you can cook in the kitchen, and keep your stuff in huge closet in the bedroom. It's on the 1st floor - from both rooms there's nice street/park view and from the kitchen there's a view to the backyard. Wi-fi working very well in both locations. After check-in we could leave our bags in the main location and get back them till 6pm, so it was very convinient for us.||In the flat for 3 people we were missing sheets for the sofa bed in living room. We asked for them at the reception desk in the main location but it wasn't delivered to the flat. The quilt in the bedroom was pretty narrow for 2 friends sleeping in 1 bed...

Very nice, polite and friendly staff. Despite the fact that we arrived late, we drove only at 2 am, the administrator waited and was very polite. At the receptionist you can take a very good hair dryer (though a little dirty, the filter in a hair dryer has not been cleaned for a long time). The room has a balcony. The room has a refrigerator with sweet water, alcohol and sweets. Very uncomfortable mattress by the bed, very protruding springs. The shower cabin in the bathroom is in poor condition. One of the stall doors constantly jumps, it was impossible to fix the showerhead in the right position - the lock was is broken (only one position is up). The walls in the bathroom were poorly cleaned (there were a lot of hair glued to the tile). The room has a refrigerator but there is no drinking water (only sweet...

В целом отель новый, небольшой, удобно расположен. До центра 10 минут пешком. Наш номер был небольшим, есть номера побольше на две двуспальные кровати. Но есть нюансы:||Ванная комната - на стене два крючка на липучках, после каждого приема душа липучки отклеиваются и полотенца лежат на полу. А если учесть, что размер ванной не позволяет поставить мусорную корзину в другое место - то ваши полотенца банально падают в мусорник.||Унитаз плохо прикручен, шатается и подтекает - мы сказали об это в первый день - никакой реакции, скорее всего это считается нормой.||Уборки в номерах нет, за 4 дня ни разу не поменяли полотенца, туалетную бумагу надо просить. На мой вопрос о туалетной бумаге на второй день сделали удивленное лицо и спросили: а разве горничная вам не поставила? Горничную мы в глаза не видели ни разу за 4 дня.||Выселялись в 9.45 утра - пустой ресепшн. Набрали девочку, спросили куда девать ключи - попросила подождать пять-десять минут - мы торопились и сказали что ключт оставим в номере - попросили набрать - так и не перезвонила. Мы сами перезвонили через 5 часов. Вобщем недоработки есть и...
