Suputnyk Conference Hotel — Hotel in Lviv Urban Hromada

I will not write that it is liveable, because I expect some standards from 4-star hotel. In the beginning we have got ugly room. Even one channel in TV didn't work, cups were with holes, extremely stoned kettle, like if noone was ever cleaning it, a lot of water coming under shower, I was scared to use this shower, because it looked like it will fall down from the wall, water from toilet going all night, ceiling and walls with fungus. There was variety of food for breakfast but everything was cold and old. Staff was very unpleasant, not smiling at all, I had impression I am disturbing them with my presence. After several requests they have changed the room, but we had to waste another hour to wait for the new room. And new room weren't much better, however I didn't want to waste more time. At the end they didn't even say sorry. I think for this price you can find much better...

The hotel is quit used and could us a make over. The rooms are small but have everything you need. But they are as well quit used and could use some renovation. The staff at the reception try very hard to speak as good english as they can, which is nice. For the other staff in the breakfast restaurant or housekeeping, you should know Ukrainian or us sign language. But specially the housekeeping lady we had was very nice and tried very hard, even though we could not understand each other.
