the whole look of the hotel and place of parking looks like I came to some abounded place. It was raining and parking place was simply a place of mud and dirt
the whole hotel is planned by some student or amateur. The entrance looks like entrance to my grandma's country house. The passes are narrow and full of steps. In fact you can train your legs good. As anywhere you go in the hotel you will see steps. People on wheelchairs or people with with baby cart are not welcome here. You simply will not be able to enter the hotel.
the rooms equipped like some motel. Absolutely not comfortable. And all you get is bed. No other things to make your stay comfortable. Furniture, decoration, everything is very cheap and poor quality.
breakfast is another thing that really made me angry. No choice of food. You come, sit, and get one egg with two pieces of cheese. Another thing is that children under 5 years get no breakfast. Although booking was made for stay with kid, and charged for stay with kid, the breakfast for kids was not included
some ridiculous things in management. In order to pay for the room i need to go to the separate accounting department. No possibility to pay easily by card. Or to get drinks on the bar, you mandatory need to tell the room number. If you dont say your room number, you are not allowed to get the drink. Moreover, when you try tell the hotel manager that it is not the appropriate way of doing business, they tell you that if you don't like it, you can leave their hotel.

I see that hotel management decided that instead of calling me and managing the situation as any normal management would do, they decided to blame me. Very professional. Nevertheless, let me answer their claims.
they claim that they warned about breakfast. Well, it is a lie. I attached the photos of the booking and description. It is clearly said in the booking that it is a booking for two adults and two kids with mentioning the age. In the hotel description absolutely no words about additional costs for breakfast for kids. I had no problem to pay extra money for breakfast, the problem is that the hotel makes the false description on booking and then lies that he has warned us about conditions.
about 4 stars . I attach the screen shot from Google. It is said 4 star hotel. I don't think that Google automatically gives stars. He just shows the information you have typed. It means that you, or your workers have put false info in the description.
They claim that I should have looked through the photos and find people to ask about the hotel. I think here they misunderstand who is a client, and who provides service. Isn't it that the hotel as a service provider should warn about any "special things" in their hotel? Isn't that by default the hotel is meant to provide comfort for the stay? Or I should every time I book the hotel write to administrator "Is your entrance door is more than 80 cm wide?", or "how many steps should I climb to reach your reception"?
again about breakfast. Nobody offered any choice of meals that morning. The truth can be simply checked - take the video from your cameras, and explain why all people that morning received the same plate with one egg, three small pieces of cheese, and three small pieces of meat.
about two pepsi at the bar. The fridge with drinks was standing away from the bar. And i warned first that i will take two pepsi, and asked to give a bill for those drinks. And yes, I did say that in normal hotels, usually management doesn't close the fridge for customers. And this is what I did minutes after in hotel 365, I came to fridge, took two pepsi, brought it bar and payed. And nobody asked me fpr mandatory room number, or blood test.

(5/5 at first glance, but then you start noticing small faults, so it's 3/5 in the end)||Personnel is far from friendly enough, and far from professional. We had to ask about simplest things like, when's the breakfast or can we get fresh towels etc. Waiters and kitchen work really slowly, by the exception of maybe one or two young waitresses. Food is ok, sometimes really good. Also there's a cool fireplace area connected to the main eating area, but for some reason the seats there are always reserved. (2/5 for eating area, 3/5 for information)||There's an option for breakfast, lunch and dinner pack for about 300 uah per day per person. But be aware, both options of breakfast are too oily and fat, but maybe it's a taste thing. After first breakfast here, my wife couldn't eat normally for the rest of one week vacation here, because of all the fat in everything, so we just started ordering toasts and tea in the morning. (3/5)||If you're Russian or Ukrainian that speaks Russian language, get ready to get the "looks" from personnel.||For some reason, it feels like moms from all of Ukraine decided to take their loud children to a spa resort, so be ready for loud crying at night, jacuzzi that is filled to the brim with kids (sometimes naked) or just lots of loud kids running around, making noise. But when there's no people in the pool area, it's fun. Although a bit small pool, and a bit smelly jacuzzi, so 3/5.||Rooms look awesome, big windows that help ventilate all the kitchen smells are a plus. Beds are big and are ok. Shower is small but efficient, although it's brims are a bit too low, so water flows on the bathroom floor. Overall rooms are good, and were the best part (4/5)||During the night 2, my wife found a couple small roaches in the bathroom, maybe it's because we lived above the kitchen. ||Spa stuff is pretty good, I'm not a big fan of massages, but it seems professional and high quality. There's lots of different options for spa relaxation, the price is right. Also there's a spa area, that is free to visit, like aroma room, small sauna (steam and dry), salts room. Overall is good, but sometimes smells weird. So 3.5/5||Truskavets is a small and pretty town. There's a huge park, lots of coffee points and restaurants (personal favorite here is Italian "Dolce Vita" not far from higina) small and big. But once you've spent about three days here, it gets a bit boring (so perfect for short vacation, like a weekend or something).||Overall experience is not good nor bad, it's a 3/5. Could use some better staff, better ventilation, better food, but has some great rooms, somewhat good interior and cool "bathrobes" rule. It's sad that we've got like three smiles out of staff during our stay. It's better to come here for a short term, way somewhere else, and have some eat plugs ready. Read moreWe get the room next to the aggregate, which was very loud and it was impossible to sleep or relax with it. No water in the rooms during the day. The service did not inform us during check-in that the water was only available in the morning. There is an unpleasant smell in the jacuzzi. At the end, it turned out that I had left a gold chain in the pocket of the bathrobe, when I realized it, I immediately called the reception to find him (less than an hour had passed since checking out). I knew exactly where it was, because that day I had the cosmetic treatment, and the beautician asked me to take it off and put it in my bathrobe pocket (monitored room, so you can check it). Communicate with person at reception in Polish or English is a misunderstanding ... We called several times and each time we received the information "please call later" three times! Finally, I received information that the chain was found. I made sure it was definitely it, because it is quite characteristic. I sent two e-mails asking for information if they could send it to me - of course I wanted to cover all the costs associated with it, but without any response!
