Al Ghadeer should not be converted into a labor camp, as it misuses community facilities. The parking area is used as work shop and filled with waste scrap, including sharp and flammable materials, posing a serious risk to families and kids living here.

Maintenance companies in Al Ghadeer house 9 and more individuals in rented apartments, obstructing building access during their nighttime gatherings . This situation compromises our privacy, and despite numerous complaints to security, no action has been taken. We are repeatedly told that the issue will be addressed, but nothing changes. Al Ghadeer management seems to be ignoring this serious violation, putting families at risk of injury from scrap and fire hazards in common areas.
