One of the best neighborhoods in UAE. Located exactly on the borders between Dubai and Abu Dhabi - but officially falls under the territory of Abu Dhabi. Exit Seih Shouib/Alfaya Road is the entry to Al Ghadeer. Gated communities in general across UAE do offer quite good residential compounds with services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, GYM and cafes. What makes it special is the sense of community, the good quality of services, the amazing urban design and above all the affordability of rentals units. I believe that Al Ghadeer is the best option for people who commute between Dubai and Abu Dhabi or families with members working in the two Emirates. Also expats from Abu Dhabi find Al Ghadeer much cheaper yet better quality than the rest of residential areas in the Emirate.

Beautiful oasis in the middle of the desert. Quiet and green. Not much infrastructure yet thou, however it looks like big construction starting nearby, which will make this place noisy for quite some time. Maybe after it will over and the area will expand we will have at least a proper supermarket here 😅

Lovely place to live. Although it's disconnected from main cities (both dubai and Abu dhabhi) but I loved living here. Basic facilities like public transport, food deliveries and hospital is missing. Car is a must.

Walls made of paper and feels like tent because whatever is outside will be inside! Heat, cold, rain, wind, storm, sand, noise from the truck road, etc. The windows are the lowest quality possible like anything else in these houses. The house is not insulated so in summer you pay $$$ and still feels warm inside.

The ACs break every month then the water heater then the water pump and that will keep you so busy that you won’t have time to think about your work or life as if you have a full time job here maintaining your house and dealing with the useless maintenance team as no one comes from Dubai to here to repair an AC! You end up paying whatever they says after 2 weeks of going without AC in your bedroom because you have no choice!

The water and electricity cuts without notice and if you call them, haha good luck! The answer is always; we will send the team and call you back… and you go Aroun the circle until you get lucky! When! Only god knows!

The one star is for the amazing landscape and greenery. Nice to walk 4-6 months of the year if there is no...

"I've been living in Al Ghadeer Village for 3 years and I must say it's been a wonderful experience. The community offers a serene environment, perfect for those seeking peace and tranquility. The parks are well-maintained and provide a great space for relaxation and recreation. I also appreciate the emphasis on hygiene throughout the village, which adds to the overall pleasant living experience. The location, along Al Layya Road, is convenient and accessible. Overall, I highly recommend Al Ghadeer Village to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful residential community...
