Having stayed in many hotels in Dubai, this hotel was the worst experience. We stayed here for 2 days. I was disappointed from the moment we checked in and throughout my stay. First of all, they want a deposit of 100 AED. They give it back when you check out from the hotel, but I did not see any information about the deposit when I made the reservation. When I told them this, they said it was on the website, but when I checked the site where I made the reservation, this information was not there. If you are taking a deposit, first of all, inform every website about this. It creates a negative energy in the guest at the first step. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel. You could have shared this information as well. The items that should be in the room, such as coffee, kettle and tea, are not in the room. I learned at the reception that there is a pentry room for this and that these are not in the room. The room only has hangers and bathroom essentials.I think it is not a good situation if there are no items like coffee or tea in the room. They keep things like toothbrushes and toothpaste in a place called forgetten rooms. You have to go and get them, but most of the things are not east to find. I learned this information while checking in and naturally I was demoralized. When we got our room card, at first it didn't work. When we went back to the reception and told them it wasn't working, the receptionist acted overwhelmed. The rooms are clean and spacious, but you have to keep your curtains closed at all times because everyone can see each other. It's a nice idea to make a small open air cinema, I appreciate it. Restaurant staff are polite. On the second day I noticed that the phone was not working to call room service. When I went downstairs and went to the reception, I was met with a rude attitude again. Room service menu needs improvement not many options. My room service order arrived an hour and a half later. When I called them and asked about this, I found out that my order had gone to another room. The answer they gave me was "You gave us a different room number" They said the order would be prepared again. My order came halfway, not fully. First the bowl I ordered arrived, then the main course arrived 15 minutes later. I had to call them a third time for this as well. If the order did not reach the guest and went to the wrong room, you need to reach the guest somehow. Even though they realized that order went to the wrong room, they didn't do anything and I literally ran for my order. I will definitely not stay again. You may be a 3 star hotel but every hotel has a standard. I'm sorry but I couldn't see...

I am thrilled to share an updated review of my experience during my 10+ nights at this hotel. As a guest, I have had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the dedication of the team in running an ethical, economical, and ecological business. I must say, they are doing an impressive job.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine desire for improvement shown by the management team. They actively seek feedback and promptly address any concerns raised. This level of responsiveness truly impressed me and demonstrates their commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.
I want to give a special mention to Ms. Rozma, the front desk manager. She consistently strives to elevate the standards of the hotel and goes above and beyond to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. Her honesty and approachability make her an invaluable asset. If you have any questions or reservations about the room design, I highly recommend reaching out to her. She will make every effort to accommodate your needs and address any concerns.
I have discovered that the location of the hotel has been unexpectedly convenient for my commuting needs between Emirates. The lighter traffic in this area, compared to the bustling city, has made my drives significantly easier and more enjoyable.
I would also like to mention and thank Mr. Osama, who surpassed my expectations in providing me with the best rate for my extended stay. His approach was simple and efficient, perfectly aligning with my preferences.
Overall, I can confidently say that my experience at this hotel has been excellent. I am delighted to witness the continuous efforts being made to enhance the guest experience. A special thanks to the reception team, who are always friendly and create a welcoming atmosphere, as well as the hardworking housekeeping staff who deserve recognition for their impeccable service.
So if you are seeking a hotel that prioritizes ethical practices, affordability, and environmental sustainability, this is the place to stay. You won't be...
Read moreI stayed at the hotel for 15 days and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is spacious, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the facilities are generally good. There is a decent gym and a nice swimming pool on the 7th floor, which adds great value to the stay.
What truly stood out was the excellent service provided by the staff. I would especially like to thank Ahmed and Maher for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. In general, the staff are helpful and attentive, and they made my stay much more enjoyable.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The laundry service, for example, is below expectations. The cost is quite high — AED 20 for washing and AED 20 for drying but the quality is average at best. Even after a 45-minute drying cycle, the clothes didn’t feel fully dry.
Unfortunately, I also had a negative experience with the hotel manager, Osama. One day, while I was sitting in the hotel lobby eating a light salad I brought from outside, he approached me and told me it was not allowed. I was surprised, especially since I was in a public area of the hotel and the food was something simple with no strong smell. He insisted that eating was not allowed in the lobby or even in the outdoor seating area and that I should eat only in my room.
Although I explained politely and even offered to finish the salad quickly and not repeat it, he refused in a rather disrespectful way. I found his attitude unnecessarily harsh and lacking in hospitality. In situations like these, a bit of flexibility and kindness goes a long way especially when the guest is calm and respectful.
Overall, I would still recommend the hotel for its good facilities and excellent staff with the hope that management policies can be handled more gracefully...
