We recently stayed at Rove Expo for just one day with my fiancé but that one day turned out to be an unforgettable experience!
If you're someone who travels while working, Rove Expo is perfect. They offer different types of chill or work spaces, including private rooms where you can hold closed-door meetings or simply get some focused work done.
The entire facility is super clean and well-organized. I love how thoughtfully the rooms are set up, even small details like the refillable glass water bottles stood out. And just in case you forget anything, essentials like hotel slippers, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and other amenities are usually ready prepared in the room but in Rove it is just one call away just dial “0” and look for kuya Chris 🤗 While this may be common in other hotels, Rove takes it a step further — making the whole stay feel more personal and intentional.
We do staycations every quarter, but Rove Expo gave us something different — a comfy, eco-friendly experience. It’s not just about staying somewhere nice; it’s about staying somewhere that cares about the environment, too.
Now, let’s talk about the Breakfast! 🍳✨
This was another highlight. Like most hotels, breakfast is served buffet-style (yay for more food!), but what made it special was the personal service. Usually in other hotels, we need to request egg dishes, but here, I simply scanned a menu to order straight from the kitchen.
Then came Derek, who asked what we’d like to order, if we had any allergies, and made sure everything was just right. He kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Then there was Aiperie, who served us with such a warm smile, even taking a moment to connect with the little kids around. Her energy made the morning brighter.
And just when I thought that was it, I asked Derek if they had hot chocolate, since I can't have coffee. He told me it wasn’t part of the buffet, but he’d be happy to arrange it. I politely declined because I didn’t want to trouble them, especially when they were already busy. But guess what? Liam appeared, smiling, carrying a hot chocolate. It honestly touched me — I didn’t ask yet they remembered and went the extra mile. 🥹 This meant a lot. Some people, like us, don't usually ask for much — even if we can. We try to be considerate. But the passion and heart of the Rove team was so clear. They didn’t just "do their job" — they created an experience we’ll never forget.
Their kindness reminded me of how God works through people. We may not know their personal struggles or what they’re going through behind the scenes, but they continue to serve with excellence and joy.
We’ll be praying for each of them for abundance in their careers, and that they experience God's overflowing love and blessings. God bless the Rove Expo...
Read moreI had the pleasure of visiting Rove Hotel at Expo 2020 on March 6th, 2025, for an Iftar dinner with my family, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured every detail was taken care of. Noeline, Rachael, Mitchell, Ceyana, Pujah, Milan, Rahul, Thomas, Ferret, and Htet all demonstrated exceptional professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness throughout the evening.
The ambiance at Rove Hotel was simply fantastic. The modern, chic design of the restaurant created a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere perfect for an Iftar gathering. The lighting was soft and inviting, and the seating arrangements were comfortable, allowing us to enjoy the meal while taking in the beautiful surroundings of Expo 2020. It was the ideal setting for an intimate family gathering, with a perfect blend of contemporary style and traditional touches.
As for the service, it was impeccable. Noeline and Rachael ensured that our needs were promptly addressed, providing detailed recommendations from the menu and making us feel completely at ease. The team, including Mitchell, Ceyana, Pujah, Milan, Rahul, Thomas, Ferret, and Htet, were consistently attentive without being intrusive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making our experience special.
The Iftar buffet itself was a highlight of the evening. There was an extensive selection of dishes, each more delicious than the last. From traditional Arabic delicacies to more modern fusion options, everything was cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. The variety and freshness of the dishes made it a true feast, and it was clear that a lot of thought and care went into crafting this memorable dining experience.
Overall, our visit to Rove Hotel was outstanding, and we can't thank the staff enough for their exceptional service and attention to detail. The combination of a welcoming atmosphere, excellent service, and top-notch food made it a perfect way to break our fast. We will certainly be back in the future and highly recommend Rove Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience...
Read moreI stayed at Rove Expo Hotel for one night with a friend, and we both enjoyed the experience. The hotel has a modern co-working space vibe, which makes it feel fresh and vibrant. One of the highlights for us was the gaming area, which features a PS5, video games, and foosball—definitely a fun touch! We originally booked a twin bed room, but they gave us a king room instead. It wasn’t an issue since they converted the bed for us. We also liked that there was a sofa bed, adding extra comfort. The service was top-notch, especially from Kato, who made us feel comfortable during our stay. The pool area was also nice and well-maintained, and overall, the hotel was clean and minimalistic in style. The simplicity of the rooms worked well for the space, though some might prefer a more elaborate interior. For a 3-star hotel, the breakfast exceeded expectations, even better than some 4-star hotels I’ve stayed at. We also loved the Iftar dinner—the service was impressive, with Aghostinha from The Daily ensuring we were well taken care of. The entire service team was hospitable, and Arwin from the Turkish ice cream station added a fun and entertaining touch to the experience. Baharat from room service also provided excellent assistance. While the overall experience was great, I struggled with sleep. The bed felt relatively new and firm, which some might prefer, but the pillow was too high and firm for my liking. I didn’t request a different one, assuming I would adjust, but unfortunately, it made me a bit uneasy.Despite the minor issue with the pillow, Rove Expo Hotel exceeded expectations for a 3-star hotel. In fact, it outshines some 4 and even 5-star hotels in terms of service, cleanliness, and overall experience. I’d definitely recommend it for those who appreciate a modern, minimalistic stay with great service and fun amenities.Would I stay again? Yes, but I’d request a different pillow...
