Lancaster Crescent — Hotel in East Lindsey

Awful, awful holiday. The lakes had frozen and despite being aware we're going on a fishing holiday and told they should have called us, they didn't. The lakes can't be helped but the water supplies froze in the morning so we couldn't shower, put the kettle on or brush our teeth. It was disgusting and caused so many issues for half of the day, yet not so much h as a sorry from staff. Every complaint was met with attitude whilst at Tattershall and for the money you're paying it's not acceptable. The arcade was small and is miles away from most lodges. We got locked out one night and despite having to walk a mile in shorts in the snow and ice they refused to help us by asking maintenance to drop us off. Would never go again, costs so much and there's not much on...

Where do i start! So apart from the spitfire being closed due to the manager having a private party, that we wasn't told when we booked! To our hot tub going bang whilst we were in it, tripping out all the electric, not once but 3 times, bearing in mind, we were in the hot tub the first time! Not an experience i would want anyone to go through! And for the out of hours maintenance to ask us to go to the electric boxes, not a chance! We were wet and in the dark (7pm)!! Not a single bin in walking distance, and when we rang for take away from the propeller bar, which we was told was an option, they were only doing collection.worst experience ever! Absolutely...

Chilled atmosphere very tidy and love seeing the jets fly over and hearing the roar that comes with them. Hot tub was and is amazing to the point I tried it in the rain and late at night I was a little naughty and decided to go commando during the night chill. The girls love it to and asked if we could come back so we will have to make sure that we all get to come back here couldnt of had a better 40th birthday week thanks to my partner setting this up on the quiet. I would go on and on but that might just spoil the experience for you I'd you decide to give this place a try....
