A World of Furniture — Hotel in Great Britain

Purchased a chair (circa £999) where unfortunately, one of the legs broke off whilst being pick up by the staff in the store. Lennon the manager offered an in store alternative replacement but it was heavily scratched or for him to fix the broken chair and get it delivered to us, which I reluctantly agreed to the latter. However, upon delivery the chair immediately broke again to our frustration. Lennon then arranged for yet another replacement from another store, which was also scratched; please see photos. Unable to do anything else about it, he promised to deliver a leather ‘buff’ cleaning kit but this never materialised. Very poor showing with a shear lack of customer support,...

One of our favourite things to do is peruse the warehouse of A World Of Furniture! They have traditional and extremely unusual pieces, it’s a joy to discover what is in every nook and cranny! The staff are friendly, approachable and lovely every time and super helpful! They offer delivery and are very reasonable compared to other furniture stores but the quality is great! We have had to return one or two items because they didn’t end up fitting or we changed our mind and the refund was seamless and easy!

Purchased table and two chairs, both are of high standard. Unfortunately the chairs are heavy and my wife has mobility problems so can't move them. World of furniture no problem we returned and exchanged. The staff are beyond excellent nothing was a problem they carried the old chairs from my car, carried new ones out unpacked so did not need to dispose of packing. They assured us that if we did'nt find what we required we could have a full refund. We'll certainly use again but with the quality of the furnature not...
