Castle Lodge Bed & Breakfast in Sennybridge, Brecon, offers a truly enchanting escape in the heart of the Welsh countryside. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the lodge's unique blend of historic charm and modern luxury. Our room, a beautifully appointed haven, boasted a sumptuous four-poster bed, elegant furnishings, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. Every detail had been carefully considered, creating an ambiance of pure indulgence. The communal lounge was equally inviting, a cozy space to relax and mingle with fellow guests. We enjoyed evenings spent chatting by the fire, sharing stories and travel tips. Breakfast at Castle Lodge was a highlight of our stay. The locally sourced ingredients were transformed into a feast for the senses, a delicious array of both traditional and contemporary dishes. Beyond the lodge itself, the Brecon Beacons National Park beckoned with endless opportunities for outdoor adventure. We spent our days hiking scenic trails, exploring charming villages, and soaking in the breathtaking scenery. But perhaps the most memorable aspect of our stay was the warm and welcoming hospitality of our hosts. Their genuine care and attention to detail made us feel like cherished friends, not just guests. Castle Lodge Bed & Breakfast is more than just accommodation; it's a destination in itself. A place where history, luxury, and nature intertwine to create an unforgettable experience. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family adventure, or a solo retreat, Castle Lodge is sure to exceed your expectations.

Lovley warm welcome to a fab B&B. Comfy well equipped rooms, pool and darts and a spacious lounge to relax. Lyndon is a super host with lots of useful information about the surrounding areas. Breakfast was freshly cooked, and plentiful. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you x

We visited for the weekend at Castlelodge recently and had a lovely stay.||We brought our small dog, who was allowed to stay in our room. It was our first time taking the dog on holiday, but the owners (Lyndon & Mandy) were very welcoming and he settled in well.||We brought his crate and so he slept in there, but the room is spacious so it was easily accommodated. We never let him on the bed or furniture out of respect for the owners. ||The room itself was modernised but still in context with the age and look of the property. The king size bed was comfortable and we both had a good nights sleep during our stay.||There was a lot of thought that had gone into the room, attention to detail from the owners with regard to facilities, we never had to ask for anything. There was just about everything you could think of (home from home). The en-suite bathroom again was very well equipped, plenty of towels, Spare toiletries etc. The shower mat was a very good idea, often it's been a bit of a struggle with a slippery floor, so was pleased I didn't have to improvise!||We were given the option to make use of the lounge area and kitchen, if we had stayed longer this would have been very useful. Breakfast on both mornings was very nice, hot and plentiful, nice selection of hot drinks, teas etc,||We had a full English, sausage, bacon, egg, hash brown fried bread, beans, mushrooms, black pudding, toast and tomatos. This could be tweaked depending on your what you liked, we had everything! ||The lodge itself is set in a quiet suburban small village not far from Brecon town and tourist attractions, set in the Brecon Beacons there was plenty to see and do. Lyndon was very helpful in making suggestions of places to go and there was also plenty of leaflets and info available to peruse. Mandy, was also a lovely lady and we enjoyed talking to them both. We wouldn't hesitate to come back to Castlelodge again, thanks again for a...

We booked for a one night stay and were welcomed by Lyndon who arranged our parking and showed us around his lovely modern well appointed accommodation offered exclusively for guests.

His B & B is only a few yards off the A40 which runs through Sennybridge and lies on the corner of Castle Road facing an open field.

It comprises an entrance lobby, a conservatory diner with great views, a spacious lounge with huge TV and delightful fish tank, a sizeable well equipped kitchen and a couple of bedrooms along a corridor.

We had a very comfortable lockable bedroom with a massive four Poster double bed, pristine ensuite with modern shower/bath, plenty of storage and excellent amenities including TV and kettle.

We had a great night's sleep and in the morning enjoyed a fine (vegan) cooked breakfast provided by our wonderful...
