Keld Head Farm Holiday Cottages — Hotel in Great Britain

We stayed in the Wheelhouse cottage which was very clean and cosy there was everything you needed On arrival we were greeted with freshly baked cupcakes tea coffee hot chocolate a pint of milk and flowers which was very much appreciated There was plenty of outdoor space toys and a safe playpark which had a sandpit in the playhouse there was a rocking horse tyke cars and games which my 4 year old granddaughter loved to play with The location was very convenient to visit Peasholm Park in Scarborough where we had a lovely picnic there We went to Goathland were Heartbeat was made it was like going back intime My Granddaughter enjoyed the petting Farm at Playdale Farm Park there was plenty to do and see there We went to Cedar arm Farm shop who have a lovely cafe and Farm shop as well as a playpark for the children my granddaughter loved playing with the tyke cars We really enjoyed our week at Keld Head Cottages it was lovely to meet Penny and Julian and there Family who were wonderful hosts We will definitely be going back again and we will highly recommend them to our friends and family Thank you Best Wishes from Carol Rick...

If you are looking for cutting edge decor, trendy tech and an air fryer, that is not what this place is about. It's about cosy, clean, quiet cottages with welcoming hosts where you are provided with well equipped kitchens to enable you to cook or bake if you want. Much better than the sparsely equipped kitchens usually experienced with self catered holiday cottages. The hosts even provide cakes and milk so that when you arrive you can have a cuppa and a sit down while you get your bearings. It's within fairly easy walking distance of Pickering and shops so you can either buy groceries or go for a meal without needing to take the car. There is an off the road car park and gardens you can sit in and watch the sheep on the farm next door. It was so comfortable that I felt totally at home. Our cottage was warm, spotless, and full of character—exactly the kind of cozy retreat you want on crisp Autumn days. ||Every detail had been thought of, from the well-quipped kitchen to the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. And a welcoming basket of goodies made avilable on arrival. ||The location was ideal for exploring North Yorkshire.
