When you’re working away from home, I can tell you from experience, I have stayed in numerous locations throughout the UK and I’ve genuinely never felt inclined to leave a review. To be honest, you’re not expecting much. It’s a place to lay your head when your not at work.

Whereas at Pullman house, you genuinely look forward to finishing work to relaxing in the apartment. The decor is stunning, very modern, it is clean and spacious, Wi-Fi was excellent, the TV was enormous, the bed was comfortable and very clean, the bathroom was immaculate, the appliances aren’t cheap and nasty. It’s all very good quality. These are the kind of rooms you’d expect at a 5 star luxury resort.

I like the fact that everyone else there are professionals. It’s great for networking too.

There is a lady there called Kath who will greet you when you land and will help you with anything you need. She is a goddess, a very warm, kind, gentle person who will literally go out of her way to help you in any way that she can.

I cannot recommend this place enough.

We were attending a family wedding in Darlington and never having visited the area before had to “take a chance” on booking accommodation. However, from our first contact with Pullman House – or we should say Kath a “real human being” not an “impersonal electonic robot” - we knew we had found the right place! Kath was absolutely brilliant, warm, friendly and dealing with all our questions without delay. She met us on arrival and we were extremely impressed with the quality of the furniture and facilities of the apartment and delighted with the complementary milk, tea, coffee, sugar and breakfast cereals!
