Studio Cottage, Talland Bay — Hotel in Great Britain

Exceptional cottage in a perfect location overlooking Talland Bay, near Looe and Polperro. Glorious walks right from the front door, chararcter property with everything a family needs and more. Fully fitted out with nice touches such as a welcome pack plus lots of useful advice contained in the welcome book and leaflets etc. The location allows you to walk East to Polperro or West to Looe and both are lovely walks along the South West Coastal path - 2 of the prettiest walks available. Fowey is a short drive and again the walks from there are superb. The Blue Peter and Three Pilchards are a favourite haunt and never let us down with good beer and food at reasonable priced. This is a gem of a get away yet still within a short distance to fabulous, authentic Cornish harbour villages - We cant wait to return and will surely do so in the near future. What a fabulous property in a beautiful location! We visited in July as a family of 10– when we pulled into our private drive we were blown away by the view- even better you can enjoy the view of the headland and beyond when you sit down for breakfast in the cottage. The property is tastefully decorated, and all the rooms are cleverly configured so that we could happily house a family of four, a family of five and Grandad! A short walk down to the lovely Talland Bay, and we did the coastal walk to Polperro a couple of times to enjoy a great meal at The Blue Peter Inn. So many pretty beaches and pretty towns to explore in the area- and accessible to Plymouth in one direction and Lands End in the other if you’re so inclined! Our family stayed at the beautiful Studio Cottage for a week at the beginning of September. The 'cottage' came fully equipped for a long stay with comfortable beds and 2 very large bathrooms. The vista over Talland Bay from the cottage is beautiful and we happily spent many hours just watching the world go by. Polperro and Looe are both very close with an easy to walk to along the Coast path to both and the drive to Plymouth isn't too long either. Another bonus was the amazing view of the stars at night, with almost no light pollution, on a clear night, the stars (and a couple of planets) were the brightest I have seen in any UK sky!
