Unfortunately felt it necessary to write a review following the awful experience this Saturday evening. We had booked the Sandbar on the my Haulfryn app, received 3 or 4 confirmation emails from them, only to turn up Saturday evening to discover that it was closed. Now left with little choice as to where to eat, we tried the Club. Immediately we were hit with the classic Warren Club scenario: several menu choices were not available, other choices had run out, honestly this has been the case here for decades. Following mediocre starter and mains we tried to order dessert only to be told that they’ve finished for the night. So now we have 3 very disappointed children. Nice to have been told about this cut off time and for the food order to have taken so long to arrive that it put us into the applicable cut off timeframe. There are so many more disappointing scenarios I could list about the non existent service and facilities that are under staffed, under funded and in all honesty, no one at haulfryn seems interested in dealing with. Before anyone at Haulfryn tries to use the Covid excuse for poor service, facilities and understaffing, Sorry, that is certainly not the reason. What I do know for certain is that this will not change, it has been this way, on constant decline since at least the late 90’s and I’ve been here continuously since 1987 so unfortunately speak from personal experience over...

Food was tasty; scampi and a chicken ciabatta, so we were quite satisfied until we were rudely asked to leave to free the table!! There wasn't a queue, spare tables nearby so we were baffled. We were dressed well, not loud or causing any disruption and enjoying our time watching the activities on the beach. Never in our lives have we been asked to leave a table .... sadly a blot left with us on an otherwise...

Just had a massive refurbishment to include refitted gym, virtual reality machines, indoor computer golf experience, climbing walls, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, multiple kids areas and playgrounds, ps5s in a computer section, a brand new work hub with work stations, meeting areas and their own toilets, sauna, squash court (only one now), snooker table had been trashed by kids over the summer so that will no doubt be replaced soon, and lots of daytime and evening fitness classes.
One stop holiday shop for the family or for adults wanting some fitness fun...
