Room was clean and tidy. We stayed a week, 2 adults and 1 child so more wardrobe space /hooks would have been ideal. Also could have done with an extra cup as there was 3 of us not 2, maybe a little more attention to detail. Bed were comfy. A little noisy as near train tracks but nothing the hotel can do about that. The milk in the room was off, the shower was poor quality. Service was okay, asked for the child's bed to be changed due to a little accident but didn't get done, child has to sleep in a bed with no sheets on bed. Waited at the reception desk a few times in the morning before heading out to book breakfast for next day which did cause delays on the itinerary we had planned for the day, to then find the reception Staff in the restaurant chatting. Staff at breakfast was lovely and helpful, apart from one guy who I found rude and too busy on his phone or ordering his own breakfast when other customers were either talking to him or waited to be seated. The toilets in the beefeater were a disgrace especially the men's. There was only one female toilet in use for the whole restaurant the whole week we where there. The menu is simple and okay food. The grounds around the hotel could do with a bit of TLC I.E weeds pulling up as it was over growing, litter picking up, and railings fixed. The offer of drinks is limited. Although I must say the lady on arrival was very helpful and very welcoming. Surrounding area looks rough and some really dodgy looking people about. But a good location for getting to and from central London.

As many reviews say, the location of this hotel is a massive bonus. However, the actual hotel has some good and bad points worth considering. Pros are that it was clean and looks to have had a refit to keep to a modern PI look (eg better bathroom floor, bigger TVs etc). Parking was a reasonable price at £5 for the night with a fair amount of spaces, and it’s a 2 min walk from the tube, high street and a big Sainsbury’s. Cons will be down to personal choice, but it’s spread across 2 buildings and it’s a bit of a trek up several staircases to some rooms. If you need good accessibility I would definitely contact the hotel in advance for the right room. Noise wise, the side I stayed on was near the tube and even with double window I could still hear the tube rattling past. If noise bothers you request a room on the other side of hotel in advance. The actual room was to a good standard but because it’s an old building I feel like my room suffered with poor layout at the expense of fitting it in. Tucked in a corner and a huge walk from reception, my room was poorly designed with the tv to the side of the bed, so couldn’t even lie or sit on the bed to properly watch a film. Other than that it was a standard and consistent PI experience, and certainly worth staying if you’re not bothered about the cons but want a decent priced hotel for a night in London etc.

This is a great location for a tube in to London especially a great go to for a 10 minute train to Wembley stadium. This certainly isn't a posh hotel and isn't one that the Premier inn brand have updated, it seems to have been forgotten. Where the advertising is all white and purple with big fluffy pillows,..... This one is brown on brown and a tad dated with flat pillows. The rooms are adequate but small. The bathroom was tiny with an extractor fan that made Heathrow seem quiet. This also has two buildings that back onto the Trainline.... We had room 123 which was noisy, trains run through the night, every ten minutes, so if you're a light sleeper, choose your room wisely! 😴😴 Breakfast was at the Beefeater next door (as most Premier Inns are) a standard all you can eat buffet, mass produced English breakfast and a few pastries etc. All good and as expected. The stairs into the block are high so if you have mobility issues, make sure you make the staff aware. There is a lift to the rooms, but still need to navigate the frontage first. Corridors and stairs again are narrow and dated. Overall, a good location, clean beds and a place to crash.

I'm a local man checked into permier inn kenton rd kenton London suite room 128 on 28.1.2024 for 2 nights check out 30.1.2024. Abdul the hotel manager checked me in at 3.00pm the bedroom was cold and I had to go reception and tell him to bring me a oil radiator to warm up the bedroom suite as the ac was not working and at 28 degrees blowing out cold air and the ac turns off by it's self and you turn it back on it blows out cold air at 28 degrees at 5.30 pm i went reception and the attitude of the staff mr Anthony the very fat man says to me i will give you a full refund but i have checked in and cant go to another hotel because i was very tired the hospitalty here take it or leave it that's how permier inn kenton rd kenton london is run by 20 year old college students ac going off and the room's are cold when your check Inn then permier in hotels are selling rooms to guest when they know the heating systems isn't working even the hot water system is luke warm water Abdul the hotel manager knew that me and other guest were check into a cold hotel suite even the hotel corridor is freezing I'm sitting here in my clothes and a 750 fill power rab duck down alpine jacket with a North face duck down vest to keep warm the staff who work here don't care if you have a cold room when i have checked in other places I have stayed in Harrow area the heating is on in the bedroom and is like a oven soon as you walk through your hotel suite door but permier Inn kenton kenton London doesn't do that for their guests who have been travelling to their hotel in the cold only to be checked into a cold hotel suite with no ac working and no heater to warm up the room ÂŁ60 per night to stay at permier in kenton rd with no ac working and luke warm water it's disappointing and disgusting how permier Inn kenton rd kenton London is treating their customers even the ultimate breakfast for ÂŁ10 pounds was cold only the coffee was hot the staff are don't go out of their way to solve the problem they rather say i see you in 1 hour and then forget about you and just waiting for you to check out of the hotel suite so they can do the same thing to another guest and another guest because they don't care when I was in reception another customer had the same problem with his ac same building where I'm staying say to him that he will give him a refund but don't know if he did the hotel staff know that I am a local person staying at permier Inn kenton rd where they work and the quality of their service is 1 star they all need training into hotel management and treating customers with ever need and go out of their way if they have too. So they build good customer relationships rather than just take their money and give them a cold room to check into Anthony who also works here at permier Inn kenton rd kenton London tells me that he feels hot well he would do his a very big fat man I'm very skinny and suffering from a lung problem so i feel the cold permier in kenton rd kenton London needs to get all the ac fixed in every room as this is the second time this has happened to me staying at this hotel suite I had to tell reception staff to empty my bin and bring fresh towels because the cleaners won't do it said I had to go reception and tell them didn't get fresh towels only bin changed and bathroom not cleaned either cup's not changed with fresh cup's I have to go outside to the reception to get coffee and sugar and milk as they can't be bothered to clean your bedroom and replenish the tea and coffee don't book here as you will be staying in a room with no ac working and they don't care about customers as they are here for 2 or 3 nights let them freeze is the all the team members attitude who work here don't bother book in here go to travel lodge harrow or 4 star sliver service at grimsdyke hotel in Harrow in private 500acres of wood land and beautiful gardens...

Mould damp issues. Can see leak marks on ceilings. Dust in every corner of the room. Heating doesnt work, isnt powerful enough or gives out a bad damp smell. Super loud fan in bathroom. Noise from upstairs rooms. Next to railway station aswell. Changed room but still same issues. We wanted to get out but as it was new years eve, limited availability and were told we had to put up with the room given. No other alternative was provided. We stayed and slept in freezing conditions due to the smell from the fan heater rendering it unsuitable for use. The noisy fan in the toilet and the noise from upstairs rooms kept us up all night. We asked for a later check out as handn’t slept all night and had a 5hour drive home, they said they dont do a late checkout.

Kenton underground tube next door but most of the tube trains run from Northwick park 10 minutes walk down the road so end up having to take taxis if with kids at night. One room key can be provided only. If it disconnects, keep having to walk over to reception building. Nothing works. Dated building.

Small chargeable car park but doesnt seem secure. Many reviews also say vehicles broken into and some are accusing staff of being involved so was kind of worried. Thankfully no damages to our car.

Bedrooms not connected to reception building. One person managing reception to housekeeping in evenings, at most times leaving people queuing in reception. When complaint made, managers says Aarons ill heath (special needs) affects his service causing him to panic which can lead to incorrect instructions being given out so they apologise. Initially Aaron tried charging me twice for stay until we argued for 15minutes and called manager, then later he lied to me that he applied a breakfast cancellation refund (had to ring guest relations to get it in end).

Reception never answers phone. Queues all the time at reception so can’t even get help or instructions regarding anything.

This is not a premier inn standard hotel for sure. Avoid and stay down the road in Wembley premier inn instead or you will regret not accepting this review. Can’t compromise your health.

There are no plug sockets on bedside. We forgot an Apple plug in the socket next to the room entrance where their hairdryer is inserted and mysteriously it has now vanished. We couldn’t drop it anywhere on the way out as we had locked luggages in hand and all the other charges came out the luggage except for the one that was inserted in the socket next to the hairdryer. After ringing all day everyday since check out, either repeatedly no answer of any calls or the one that did get answered, was told they would call me following day. promised callback never happen. Reported to guest relations who also couldnt get through to this hotel. Eventually being told 3 days later its not there. Says...

"New Management"

Friendly, hardworking staff (most of them) ( but need more staff!) Customers waiting for drinks/food.....not enough staff to deal so more pressure on staff and customers waiting longer.

I rang all day one day, trying to talk to hotel reception, couldn't get through at all, after trying all day! So I walked to the hotel, about 15 mins walk, in the rain, so I could speak to reception about my booking & I asked to be in the main building. The guy on reception ASSURED me I'd be in the main building, on 2nd floor, this building is connected to bar etc. Different story when I booked in though, it wasn't as I'd been told......I was told my room was in the OTHER building, seperate from the restaurant and bar. What was that about?

The room they gave me looked out onto 3 large fan type machines on ground level, which were noisy, I wouldn't stay in that room again.

Some of the furniture needs to be replaced ASAP! Filthy material chairs, I certainly wouldn't sit on them or touch them! Shame the restaurant area at the back has been closed. I booked a room in main building...takes ages to book in with the "New System" in reception....so customers waiting to book in are queuing...staff do their best, but again, need more staff. They had ground work going on within the parking area but I wasn't advised to move my car which was inches from the work being carried out! ... and it was covered in dust from the workmen digging the ground. I spoke to the workmen and they told me they'd asked if any vehicles needed to be moved and they were surprisingly told NO! Ridiculous..... I then spoke to the hotel receptionist, who admitted the workmen HAD spoken to her but she saw no reason to advise customers to move their cars! It would've been SO obvious to any member of staff that my car should have been moved! I asked the lady on reception to come and see the dirt and dust on my car, which she did, but again, she didn't have much to say on the matter. They certainly wouldn't have parked their car next to workmen digging up the ground with all the dust etc! I spoke again to reception about 3 times to different staff to say I wasn't happy about the way it had been dealt with but they all fobbed me off saying they'd speak to the manager......they did, but manager didn't do or say anything....not even an apology! Not Great Customer Service! Needs improvement... Locals, like myself, have been using this pub for many yrs...but some things really need...
