Extremely rude personnel, very poor attitude, almost behaved like he was doing a favour serving guests and making them sandwiches. Minimum will be 1 star unfortunately as the service received didn't even deserve that. Please find another subway, definitely avoid this one. Not sure if the franchisee owner would be bothered, but if this is going to make any difference at all, then please consider re-training the personnel who was working today around 21:30 hrs (15 August). I am a fan of subway sandwiches and I am a regular but today's experience was the worst ever! Never again to this store purely based on the service received. Couldn't even consume the sandwich since there is something that smells absolutely rotten, not sure which ingredient though, had to get rid of the sandwich and now looking for an alternative from Deliveroo and Just eat .....

I repeated my order—Veg Deluxe Bowl. Despite this, he took out a wrap. I had to correct him again, saying "BOWL," before he finally understood.
Later, he asked if I wanted a patty, and I confirmed yes. However, he didn’t include it in the bowl. When I called to inform him about the missing patty, he refused to acknowledge the mistake and didn’t even apologize for his error.
