One of the worst Holiday Parks I have visited travelled with family and booked 3 separate caravans on arrival my daughter had to ask office to send a cleaner round to mop the floor , plates and cutlery still had dried food on them my daughter had her young baby with her , door on caravan had to be pushed open as it was sticking . My caravan was also dissapointing had my grandson with me his bedroom had no net curtain ( not good as caravan opposite looked straight in headboards missing just a Velcro strap showing ,on stripping the bed when getting ready to leave his pillow was covered in yellow stains . My cousain had another caravan and it just got worse her door was shatterd glass and had plastic sheeting on it when she made this issue to park there response was “We are aware” disgusting they shouid of been Moved to another Carsven and every time they closed the door bits of glass kept falling on the steps . We stayed from Friday to Monday on the Friday night we ventured to the club house was never asked to show our passes , and this resulted in people who had not booked caravans being able to just walk in , there was vaping in the clubhouse despite members of staff asking them not to , people walking in with pyjamas and dressing gowns on , and when I went outside to vape people smoking weed and a very frightening atmosphere arguments and shouting , again no security staff intervened , Saturday evening it was a busy night no security asked to see passes , and once again people vaping in the clubhouse despite members house . On Sunday night my family and I decided to play bingo within 15 mins an argument broke out pushing and shoving a park attendant. tried to diffuse the situation but he was on his own the criowd was 15 to 20 strong all the time the lady calling out the numbers carried on it was so difficult to hear her . And then another argument with the same people broke out again only this time it turned violent a man swinging a crow bar round at one point over an innocent bystanders pram he smashed the ice cream stand glass every where and still the bingo caller carried on in the end I asked her to pause the game , children crying and screaming eventually the perbatratiord run away smashed 2 barriers but police managed to get him in handcuffs the girl throwing the punches managed to flee . I spoke to the manager of the club who said “ I have never seen those people before” they were not even from the caravan park but from Jaywick it’s self I asked him why security never asked to see peoples passes and all he said was “ Security shouid of asked “ and he was going to talk to them . We received no apology , no complementary drinks nothing . I am a victim of Domesticviolence and what happend in that building brought it all back every one was so shaken up , SeaWick Caravan Park has a duty of care to its customers to make sure that security are present , when I asked the Manager why no security was present when the violence broke out I was told “ we don’t have security on a Sunday as it’s only Friday and Saturday it’s more likely to happen “ who knew that violence couidnt happen on Sundays Mondays Tuesdays Wenesday & Thursdays appalling

I went to seawick holiday park yesterday and I'm on my way home today!! I was left waiting outside my caravan for a hour with a pregnant girlfriend and with young children because they couldn't locate the key and I had to go back to reception 3 times only to be met with bad attitude by the young women manager . I had a big argument with them. No communication or Proffesssionalism . When I did get my caravan ( pet friendly ) it was absolutely terrible . Carpet was discusting hair everywhere . Stunk of urine The hole site is a dump . I've stayed in many sites and never had a bad experience as this to a point I've left the next day . The actual manage Rebecca I spoke to wasn't rude but she was was very defensive about her " so called young girl staff" please believe me these reviews on here I can not understand the place is awful . I called my sister to tell her what happened and she asked where I was when I told her seawick she laughed and said why did you go there? Avoid this place at all costs . If I'm not given a full refund I will be making complaints to whoever I have to until I am And if the company wants to reply telling me to get in contact with your care team already have ! And reporting you to invironental health and anyone else I can.... You should be shut down

I personally like the resort itself and staff in general were helpful and nice to deal with. Pool is a good size in and out...annoying you have to walk out of the pool all the way round building and back in to reach the bar to buy a coffee while kids in pool and they sit behind the glass barrier or gate just so you can watch them...considering you need a pass to get in both opening it up would make sense! Just put the lifeguard tower next to it so children cant leave unaccompanied etc or you could always take one of the lifeguards sitting chatting inside and put them on the gate 😂.

Anyway bar area is nice. Food took literally over an hour to arrive and we were constantly asked if food orders beig brought were for us even though tables are numbered 🤔....Wouldn't care much for the entertainment tbh.

The beach nearby does leave a lot to be imagined...it's a pebble beach so not exactly somewhere you'd spend the day for kids to play but nice for a short walk if you can ignore the chavs in the corner drinking cheap cider and being rude, swearing at each other etc.

There is plenty of cafes and shops between the resort and the beach area....lovely cafe across road which is small but really good food.

To be honest usually we stay near Great Yarmouth so maybe just comparing them this seems like a great location closer to London where we live but feels very, this sounds so rude but chavvy! Had a few run ins with mouthy people having a hissy fit for no reason....but that's the kind of people that visit the resort so maybe it was just bad luck on my side 😂.

I waited in a queue to the served at the in the morning time to order some breakfast coffees and teas. I could see five people there when I got there so when had all been served the lady came to me and as I asked for my coffees etc this women almost screamed at me she was next. I apologised saying I didn't see her standing here until just that moment and I had checked when I arrived who was waiting. She started shouting that she was and I realised her small son who then came up had been there but I assumed he was with the adult next to him at the time. I explained this and she was still incredibly rude about it.

In the playground a small group of kids kept pushing kids off the climbing frame making them fall approx 2 foot to the ground. I went up and ask the child who he pushed my son and quite a few others where his parents were...to which he pointed towards a caravan across the road. I asked the child nicely not to push other children because they could get hurt, he wasn't upset or anything, as a teacher I spoke very nicely to him. About an hour later a women came over and asked me why I told her son off. I explained I didn't. He was pushing children off the frame, my son in particular so I simply said "Oh dear be careful pushing. Someone could get hurt ok?" to which he said sorry and hadn't done it since...she replied with "my boy can do whatever he wants love"

I mean what do you say to that? 😕 Doubtful I'd return if I'm honest. Not because of the site but the sort of people...

The absolute worst experience in my whole entire life. I am appalled! I wish I could genuinely give minus 0 stars because they don't even deserve half a star...I went during the Easter holidays with my partner and two children expecting to have a lovely fun filled family break. Thankfully our caravan was actually booked through booking.com which was the best part of our trip! I could write a book about our experience on the holiday park but to summarise I will say avoid at all costs if you are BLACK or of Ethnic minority. We were made to feel Alienated and unwelcome on the park site! The entertainment is where we experienced the highest level of racism it was absolutely unbelievable. It happened to be a disco night hosted by two (Atrocious) entertainers. Throughout the night several prizes were given out to the children and their families. My children were not even acknowledged nor did they receive one single prize especially my daughter who put in all her effort dancing. I felt soo sad for them as they were very upset and it was embarrassing as everyone could see that we were the only blacks in the room.

The young gentleman at the bike hire desk was more concerned about his lunch break than attending to us and clearly couldn't be bothered. The only two people that were great in the entire park was the young man that booked us in for swimming and a gentleman we bumped into on the day of our arrival who gave us some information on where we could buy groceries that night as it was very late and the shops were closed on site.

We tried to make the most of our trip for the sake of the children but every time we stepped out of our caravan we were stared at. Most times we went a little further out to find places to go to and things to do. The arcade on site could have been better and the prize desk had ridiculous opening hours so the children couldn’t even collect thier prizes on the day we had to leave!

Overall I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Terrible experience! Just spend a little extra and go somewhere more welcoming...
