Sportsman Campground and Cottages — Hotel in Addison

Sportsman Cottages Campground in West Addison, Vermont is a decent place to go camping or on a family vacation during the summer months. They have a few cottages available to stay in at the campground which you can rent. Also, when available, there are lots where you can park your RV or travel trailer and stay at the campground which requires rent and some utilities. There's an outdoor swimming pool and a playground for campers and their guests to use. The owners and management are generally nice people, but they don't like having to be the "bad guys" dealing with unruly campers. This is our fourth year at Sportsman and we continue to enjoy our time there. The owners welcomed us and our family and friends. Our site is awesome, reasonably priced, the pool is so great on hot days and our fellow campers are friendly and fun! Met some great folks who stayed in the cabins too!!! The campground is on the lake and the public boat launch is within .5 miles from the campground entrance. We couldn’t be happier with our experience to date, and have several new friends who have joined us!!! So great to pull in to a campground FULL of happy campers waving as we enter.
