NEVER AGAIN WILL I OREDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! I ordered my bedroom set back in August 2020. The sales person who took care of me told me before I purchased it when my furniture will be delivered which was two different dates. First my king size mattress and box spring including the bed frame would be delivered first and then the remaining bedroom set which was ok with me. When they delivered the bed they did NOT delivered my bed frame and told me I had to wait an additional month to be delivered. At that moment I contacted the Aguadilla Rooms to Go and spoke to the assistant manager who basically called me a liar and told me they never said I was receiving the bed frame just the bed. I told him how does it make any sense that I purchase a $1200j king mattress set and now I have to sleep on the floor until next month that’s unacceptable. Then he decided to bring me a floor model bed frame until they bring my furniture the following month. Now we are at the following month and they had the nerve to call me and tell me they were going to pick up the bed frame they loaned me for what was their mistake in the first place two days prior to receiving my bedroom set which they are NOT SUPPOSED TO DO according to their corporate office they had to leave it till my new frame was delivered. Today they delivered the bedroom set and NO chest or bed frame SHOCKER!!!!! THE BED FRAME HEADBOARD THEY BROUGHT WAS DAMAGED NOW WE ARE SLEEPING WITH THE MATTRESS ON THE FLOOOR AGAIN UNTIL WHO KNOWS WHEN. I made a complaint to the regional store they are helping with the situation since Aguadilla cannot do anything right. Rooms to Go has some really cute furniture at affordable prices. Unfortunately, they have a staffing issue, because one of their staff wrote a racial slur on one of the mirrors and left it there for someone like me to find. 🙄😡 The rack of mirrors is right next to a desk where a female staffer was working. I showed her, and she shrugged and went back to work.

Si quieres un lugar donde comprar tus enseres para el hogar definitivamente este no es el lugar. Recientemente fui a orientarme para un juego de cuarto.
