Ainsworth Inn — Hotel in Ainsworth

Do not stay here! It's hotter inside than outside. The rooms are damp and smokey and plain out gross. Their was no toilet paper the ac or acs did not work. We changed 3 different rooms and the last time I complained they said they were giving me a room with their best ac and best room. The room they put us in was alright but the ac did not work at all we sweated more than I'd like to admit. I advise anyone to never stay here. Even with the newer room it was still horrible. It's 120° during the day and 80° at night. Their security system is worth more than the building which is very weird. I advise anyone to never stay here until that building has been updated. Their are open rooms with wires out of the wall it's terrible. 0 stars actually - 4 stars this place honestly needs to be condemned or shut down until all the rooms are updated. Place has potential if someone would put the money to update every room....

Very disappointing and scary place. Upon checking in it took three times for my card to be programmed before I was able to enter the room. Could not get the TV to work. Someone with a card was able to open my door after I went to bed and if it wasn't for the chain being on the door I would have had an unwelcome visitor. I had to sleep with one eye open the rest of the night. I reported this to management and was told I would be contacted after the security cameras were reviewed to find out who the intruder was. I still have not been contacted to find out if it was a stranger, or management whom attempted to enter my room. The chain on the door might saved my life or the intruders life. Someone was supposed to be at the front desk at 6:00 a.m. After 3 attempts to contact someone by the buzzer I left after 20 minutes without breakfast. Positives... bed was soft and towels were clean...

I give it 2 stars only because the carpet it the room was sticky. I could not go barefoot. I had to wear my slippers or shoes all the time. I didn't think to say anything, well cause it was so obvious. Walking on that carpet you could feel you shoes sticking. And the price! The let us haggle. 5 stars for that as we are on fixed incomes and had to be there for our Uncle Don's funeral. The staff is a 4 star. It took them a day to warm up to us but when they did they were gracious. They let the food snacks run out on the 3rd day. They...
