I sent a picture to the owner immediately after I had left the premises and one of them went through at 4am he grossly overreacted and refused to let me rent the room without me being able to defend myself. I was sound asleep when he was texted and the photo was not personal and I wasn't even in the photo. His employees have to talk for him and the I one never saw me before and then he told me the room was rented but the only way he would know is if the owner was coaching him. The employee was rude, he was eating and talking with food coming from his mouthand slammed the door in my face. They were m, last ditch effort to stay inside and not in my car. Read moreI stayed there recently for week on business and I was completely in amazement of the " new rainbow Motel " from the service when I arrived and hospitality of the woman manager on duty during my stay was friendly.down to earth.made my visit just more memorable and new owner was nice and management made me feel welcomed.i will say the daily and weekly rates was not too expensive very reasonable ,for what quality you receive during your stay. I would absolutely recommend new improved rainbow to anyone visiting the berks county area.I'd Rather Support small businesses anyways. Read moreI had Room 4 from August 8-9, 2025. The new management has indeed renovated the place seemingly from stem-to-stern, not just the bare essentials. The workmanship of the renovation is top notch and properly done. All furniture has been replaced with the same brands and models of products throughout the place. Lighting is terrific, both inside the room and outside. My room was squeaky clean and comfortable. And Kim at the front desk also cleans the rooms between guests.
