Morgan Inn & Suites — Hotel in Andrews

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I was staying here weekly for a job I was on and two major red flags were thrown. First I returned to my room after work one day and found cocaine residue on the glass of a photo of my child that I keep with me. I alerted the man at the front desk to ask if maybe it came for. One of the room service attendants and he had nothing to say about it and started giggling. A few nights later I heard loud beating and banging on the walls. I called the front desk multiple times and went to the front desk and never saw a soul or got an answer (but if you don’t pay by 11 AM on the dot they are quick to call you). After one entire hour of trying to alert the hotel owner about the noise a hole was punched through my wall by a man on drugs. Not only had he punched a hole in my wall but in several other guests walls. The woman who owned the hotel finally responded and came to aid after four of her guests including me began blowing up the phone and banging on the office door. She had the nerve to ask the cops who was going to pay for all this damage as well. If she would have done her job it could have been avoided. I asked for my money back for the rest of the week and found a new hotel ASAP.

Never stay in this rat hole of a hotel. I would give negative stars...

Basic, cost-effective accommodations. I didn't see any bugs (that's a huge hell no, for me). The room because it was dated wasn't a wow, but I do believe they were relatively clean. The staff is super friendly. The front desk is amazing. The parking lot is functional. A huge plus is that there is parking for trucks and smaller boats. It's cost effective.

So here's the bottom line. If you're looking for a bed and the hotel experience isn't the top priority, this place is good. A place to lay your head that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

With some updating and maintenance, this could be pretty impressive.

If you're coming to fish there are a number of boat ramps in the area. It would be a great place for a functional stay (not fru-fru).

Would we stay there again for the price? Yes. It did exactly what we needed. Cool, ...

If I could give them a zero star for service I would. We came into the room around 9pm and got ready to take a shower when the bathroom ceiling began to leak. When we went to tell the front desk the told us that the upstairs bathroom toliet over flooded. When I ask for an accommodation for the inconvenience Ms Suda told me she could only give me $10.00 because it cause her money to have someone come out at midnight to clean the rooms and to have a plumber come as an emergency. And she had to accommodation the person upstairs as well. I will never stay here again. I will never recommend anyone to stay here. You would come out cheaper and better off...
