I've stayed here weeks on end because they allowed my dog. I've dealt with getting on my knees to clean floors or asking house keeping for mop to do it myself. I've killed roaches like crazy and told staff several times of problem. My husband fixed toilet sink, tightened faucets and adjusted shower heads. 9; out of 10 times the rooms smell of cigarettes but mostly weed. My last stay is and will be my last time there. I reserved a room cause I got stuck a day longer than I expected. I had checked out that morning, I went to check back in and was told I had to pay an extra $150 because my room had smelled like smoke and he had seen some ashes. Pooring rain, flooding... I stood in doorway to smoke and had walked in and picked up my keys to truck to get something out of it. This is after staying there for 15 years when I needed and paying extra for my dog. Never have I had to deal with anything like this. This is the week of 6/10/24 with flooding going on. This one boy is the only one to give me problems. Evidently it's ok to smoke dope in the rooms but u can't stand in doorway to smoke a cigarette. I've dealt with chipping hammer's vibrating my room from them working on walkway over me... partying in rooms on both sides of me and outside my door, barking dogs and rude people and never complained. In return....they kept my reservation money for my room and I had to borrow money to get another room at another motel. My money will never be spent there again. Good side of it, I got a nice, clean, bug free suite cheaper and noise free and they will also allow my dog if I bring him up the road at...

For some reason I gave this hotel another try. I stayed here a few months back for about 2 consecutive weeks. The first couple days were awful. From the biggest earwigs ive ever seen, centipedes everywhere, roaches, and bed bugs. (The bed bugs I only just got proof of after my stay there last week for 2 days. I have pics!) Oh almost forgot about their steroid induced mosquitoes that are EVERYWHERE. The only time I EVER saw the sidewalk get swept to clean up all the millions of dead mosquitos was on the weekend. Smh... just horrible. I went and bought sheets, a blanket, and bug killing spray. I did this after 2 days, after that it wasn't horribly infested anymore. Well not to my naked eye. The staff in the office is incredibly rude. It's hard to hear anything because you have to talk thru a glass window with a tiny metal hole that isant even open. Occasionally front desk staff might lift the opening to the money slot so they can better understand what you are saying. The few housekeepers ive encountered were pleasant and kind. They had no problem waiting for me while I looked for something I had lost. Last week tho....omg! My fiance and 3 year old son we're laying on the pillows and I happened to get a glance behind my son. I jumped and freaked out and did not sleep that entire night. We left first thing in the morning. The pictures enclose explains all that needs to be heard or seen. Not to mention this place runs between $87-$116 on average. Management needs to take these matters more serious. I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO BLOW THESE...

Filthy! Bugs! (Not sure what kind); the front desk gentleman day of Feb 8th 2025 was very understanding of our concerns. We booked 3 rooms through Expedia and voiced or disgust with the rooms especially Rm. 141and 123. Broken toilet seat, bathroom fan that could fall at any moment, toilet that had difficulty flushing pee and needed plunging which we had to do ourselves. One room was “ready” for checkin but hadn’t been cleaned. Dirty towels, bed not made, etc and the front desk staff day of Feb 7th was not very accommodating staying the room was checked off as cleaned; with our persistence , she happened to find another room but wasn’t happy doing so. There were used tissues and someone’s belongings in our nightstand and a hard to open container of what smelt like cannabis . We couldn’t put our clothes in the filthy drawers. Bathroom was a “wet” room with no lip between the shower and the toilet area. Slipping hazard as after a shower there was an inch of water on the entire floor. No grab bars in the shower or anywhere to put soaps, shampoos etc. Health & safety should inspect and condemn this place for tourists and suggested Expedia take it off their page. Coffee carafes were dirty milk was old and had floaters when we used it in our coffee.cant believe we had to pay full price for this! These photos are real time giving a true picture of the accommodation. We were also told we couldn’t use the pool until the pool cleaner cleaned it and that...

Warning Please Read! My father visited last year and stayed at this hotel, after leaving he became extremely ill due to an autoimmune disease we were unaware he had. I honestly thought we were going to lose him. I didn’t think much of it until they came back this year and stayed at the same hotel. I’m telling you right now, if you care about your health this is not the place to go. Rooms are not accessible to those with disabilities just because you have ramps on your sidewalk doesn’t make it easy for those to get around. If you have a wheelchair, you can’t get to the bathroom. Doors have peep holes that have been covered up because they were drilled too low, duct tape door handles, microwaves that are too small to fit popcorn in, mini fridges that leak water all over the floor (which is a slipping hazard, especially for those with disabilities), fridge also look like it was disgusting (but I didn’t look close enough to see if it was rusted or dirty) bed skirts, literally look like someone took a dusting rag and just wiped it all over the skirt, furniture in the room literally falling apart or ripped, flooring is coming up and buckling, toilets don’t work properly, bathroom sinks also leak every time you use them. To top it off they can’t even swing for a regular size muffin for their continental breakfast, very lacking. I think the biggest kicker was either, the mold smelling room or the fact there was a booger smeared on the wall.
