After visiting several area furniture stores in search of the perfect compliments to our new room, we hit Turners to order our new Lazy Boys. We were greeted by Brian who was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had to leave and returned to choose fabrics to compliment a sofa we had seen elsewhere. Since Brian was tied up with another customer, GM, Mark jumped in to help. When we discovered they also carried the brand sofa we had seen, we decided to just get it at Turner also. Thus began the fabric hunt.Mark was so patient and helpful. Finally we find what we were looking for and on to the chair fabrics to coordinate. Just when we thought we had it, along comes Susan, the designer. She looks at the chair fabric alongside the sofa fabrics and says, “ah, no”. Now she takes us under her wing and eventually concluded that the chairs were perfect in their current color, yea Susan! Financing was arranged, order was written up in no time. We were presented with a lovely little gift and on our way. This was not our first experience with Turners but the value, the service, friendliness and attention to detail are consistent. Their showrooms are beautiful and if you don’t see it there they can mostly likely get it for you. You are free to wander at will but help is there when you are ready for it. My family loves Turner Furniture! We have been in numerous times and I literally have my nieces and nephews begging to come back. I had the pleasure of working with Darci! She is truly exceptional! Turner Furniture's showroom rivals that of furniture stores in large cities. Their selection of furniture and accessories is awesome and provides something for everyone. The salespeople are professional and friendly and not pushy. We had the pleasure of working with Susan Tubbs who has had a lengthy career as an interior decorator. She is friendly and laid-back. Just the type of salesperson that makes furniture shopping a breeze. Travis Turner, the owner, is available for assistance as needed. He has been in the furniture business all of his life and follows his father, grandfather and great-grandfather in the business. I shopped for furniture in larger cities and am amazed that Turner's can offer such affordable prices! Much lower prices that surrounding areas and larger selection! I love the England sectional sofa that I bought from Turner's as well as the contemporary table lamp. I have just ordered 6 new dining room chairs and am excited about receiving them.
