I stayed 1 month because of trying to relocate to Roosevelt. I thought it would be best for my family. I had two rooms. One of my boys is on the spectrum. First let me say house keeping is amazing I love those ladies like friends now! And one day I will hire them away from this ridiculous place. I also loved the little family that lived there (family of the hotel manager) the family worked so hard. And were so sweet. Especially the little girls. The room was ok. It has a Kitchenet. Although the cooktop didn’t work. And the full size microwave didn’t work. I literally had to bring my own appliances to feed my family! Or eat expensive meals out. I paid extra to have a Kitchenet! There was black mold in the window of my boys room. And I asked that they be moved that is when all of the other problems began. Also I found permanent housing after trusting this hotel for a month and bam the motel manager punished me! From July 1st to July 7th he charged me $862 5 times! 4 of which were on the account I share with my father who has demintia. So this cost me much more than just money! When I told the manager about the error he said “oops” but did not offer to fix it! I had to use my loud teacher voice before he would even agree to look at his mistake. It took my husband being stern to get him to offer that he would refund his mistakes “tomorrow by 3pm”… like I believe he will do anything. If he doesn’t I will have paid $4310 from July 1st - July 7th. When I checked out on July 5th! At the most I should be paid $1900 which is still to much but I felt bad about leaving. Not NOW! I wish I had stayed with CB & M properties. Also, because a big pow wow was coming he rationed the breakfast for a WEEK before. So that last week that I paid $4310 for the included breakfas was basically non until the Pow Wow people came. Then it was a real breakfast. Of 4 people in my family I was the only one that really ate breakfast. And everytime I ate I felt like I was a burden to the manager. And was taking food from other people! I ate 1/2 a cup of eggs and two small pieces of meat. I felt so bad for everyone else that I started to offer to bring in some fruit trays and donuts. But then I found out that I was not getting a refund for the money I already paid checking out early which I thought I was doing a favor for the hotel manager by leaving early. And another thing, I had to clean both of my rooms for 95% of my time! And I had to go to the store and buy my own toilet paper. I felt like a criminal every time I asked the front desk for anything. I was in such a tough situation trying to find permanent housing. But then, it was nothing compared to being charge $4310 in additional charges! Do not stay...
Read moreWe have stayed here several times. It isn’t the best but it’s where my husband stayed while working in the oilfield so it was convenient. We planned a trip a week ago to come up but had to cancel due to personal reasons and when I booked it said there would be a cancellation fee for one nights stay only. The hotel charged me the full amount on the stay instead. When contacting the company I booked through they confirmed that it was supposed to be only a fee of one nights stay and they tried to contact the manager and got no response. They asked me to wait 5 days to receive the refund and that the reached out via email to the manager. I still have not received the difference so I called the hotel directly and whoever I spoke with was extremely rude and pretty much told me it was my mistake for booking through a third party and that he will not be refunding my money. It is extremely disappointing and wrong that they feel they can keep money that does not belong to them and that they falsely advertise and then make you feel like you’re in the wrong when they clearly are. Booking.com said they will be taking care of this issue with the...
Read moreThe front desk agent wasn’t friendly at all and was outside both times while trying to check in. I was given keys to a room that didn’t work and when I asked to switch rooms due to being close to the highway I was given a lesser room with 2 beds when I paid for a king bed. Also, the front desk agent ran upstairs to see the room like I did something to the room while I wasn’t even able to get in the room. The whole stay I had someone above me who was loud so the ceiling was really loud the whole time, the next morning housekeeping was vacuuming and you could hear every bit of it!!!! I honestly think the person above me didn’t realize they were being loud, it was just how thin the ceilings are. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels to be honest and that was honestly the thinnest ceilings I’ve ever dealt with.
Best thing about the hotel was the huge updated TV and the internet was really fast!
The day I checked out the same exact front desk agent didn’t say a word to me, no “thank you”, no “how was your stay”. Based on customer service alone I...
