I will NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN!!! Prior to me booking the room, I called and asked if it was pet friendly. They told me yes. So I booked online for a doubled bed. When I got there, I paid $100 for a deposit. I was visiting from out of town and traveling with my children. I booked a non smoking room. The smell of cigarettes was PUNGENT!!! Do you hear me?! Like, off the elevator. As soon as we walked into the room it smelled like cigarettes, the 2 chairs by the window was dusty, wallpaper was peeling and there was a hole in the wall. There wasn’t any towels or rags, but I travel with my own EVERYTHING so I didn’t make it a big deal. I was up and out early. As I stood there waiting on my deposit, the lady in the picture said she would go inspect the room so I can get my deposit. Before she went up, she said “we have to charge you $25 for the dog (my puppy) because that’s our policy”. I didn’t read that anywhere but no big deal right? She goes to inspect the room and come back saying “you took the towels and hand towels, you won’t be getting the deposit”. I could not believe she accused me of stealing!!! I told her that I would never steal and that she was welcome to search my bags (I never even got the chance to leave the lobby so that’s why I welcomed the search). There was 2 other guests saying the EXACT same thing (she accused them of stealing and they couldn’t get back their deposit). I told her the room didn’t have any when I arrived and she said “you should’ve called and said something. I’m just doing my job.” She accused me of stealing in front of my children. Trying to humiliate me. I told her I wasn’t going to leave until I got my deposit and she threatened to call the cops. I told her I’ll do the honors and call myself. Officer Fisher was dispatched. She told Fisher 2 towels, 2 rags, 2 hand towels, and a rug was missing from the room!!!! I even welcomed a search from the officer but he told me to call corporate or file a civil suit because there was nothing he can do. This was the WORST experience I ever encountered at a hotel. Never will I visit this place again!!! She was so wrong and I will STILL be reaching out to corporate starting Monday morning 9/22/25 because I tried calling numerous times over the weekend and to no avail. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!

I don’t know where to begin about all the bad service this hotel provides and how many problems & malfunctions it has.. starting from the customer services in this hotel beginning at front desk staff too housekeeping staff is terrible & disrespectful. Housekeeping staff rushed me out of the hotel room before checkout time at 12pm housekeeping kept on knocking on door from 9 am - 12pm every 30m asking when am I checking out. At night people hang outside being very loud with police outside. Also the front desk staff didn’t seem to care much about how comfortable my stay was, I had to change my room twice because of the Circumstances the rooms was in! First room I booked had a bad fishy order to it and the tv didn’t work correctly, so I changed rooms second room wasn’t so great either , it look like guest checked out that day but housekeeping didn’t clean room at all!! The bed wasn’t made up, the trash can was not empty out in bathroom ,the sofa had dirty spots all over, cigarettes burn marks in the sheets, air conditioning did not work! It was 1am that night I asked to change to a third room surprisingly the guy at front desk ( brown skinned, tall average height, wears eye glasses, short fade hair cut) didn’t seem to care,when I asked for a third room he replied to me “ TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT” disrespectfully as he continued to check in other guest and ignored me like I was never there. I informed him that I was going to make a complaint on the hotel service and he refunded my money bck ( $85.49) without me asking, then placed money on front desk and not in my hand.. this man did not give the effort to care or the respectful service a paying guests should deserve.. Ive stayed at this hotel once before and received bad service from another frontdesk staff ( white male, eye glasses, elder age, heavy set) his personality was very grumpy, another night i Informed him i left my room key and license in room and he didn’t show much care at all his reply was “ no license no key” after debating with him for almost 10m he finally gave me my room key...That morning I informed the hotel manager ( PAT) how I wasn’t happy with my stay and his employee staff is not friendly. He just gave an apologie that’s all. I go threw the same thing everytime I book a room and it’s the same employee staff still there till this day . so I’m guessing the manager doesn’t plan on making any better changes .. Anyone that is reading my review pls choose wisely before purchasing this hotel because it is not a comfortable and respectful...

The room was unclean and used crack needles were falling from the painting above bed! Called front desk and they said it’s nothing they can do and never came to get them! We also could not get another room. Was told there are no available rooms but noticed late comers registering at the front desk. Pets were walking abound and hallways and elevators smelled like weed and cigars and cigarettes. Kids were very loud as well as parents. Walls were very thin and can hear what’s is going on next door. Some of the plugs were not working. And hot water went off every 20 minutes. Staff sometimes never answered our questions in regards to the amenities provided at property. Was told there is a pool and a gym but when arrived no pool or gym. And at the last minutes was enforced of mildew smell in regards to room. The vending machines were not working and does not do Apple Pay. Noticed people just coming in and not checking in so security of guest apparently was not a problem with establishment. Limited breakfast items. Which doesn’t really matter because we ended up ordering but it would’ve been nice if they had a better selection or variety of cold and hot foods based on the money we had paid. If I could I would give no stars because of the way the staff was so nonchalant about everything. Do not book here I would suggest the Hamptons downtown it may be a lil pricy but you get a lot for your money and you are right at the inner harbor where most of the fun night life stuff takes place and they care about...
