Really beautiful, well made condos in Banner Elk, just a little too far to easily walk to town, about 1.5 miles on a narrow winding busy road. The upper level units have better views and of course the higher up the steep drive you go toward the top of the complex. Nice community picnic area, but no other amenities for the POA dues. Lovely stream at entrance, but hard to hear over traffic. Only 4 stars because so close to the highway you get constant...
