The Resort at Glade Springs — Hotel in Beckley

My family with kids ages 6 and 8 enjoyed our stay here overall. We stayed at “The Inn” and our room was clean and newly updated. The resort grounds are beautiful (plus they had a ton of snow!) and my kids loved the leisure center activities. You do have to take a shuttle to most of these amenities FYI. We also enjoyed the restaurant Bunkers during our stay. Customer service overall was good!

That said the property is a bit dated and could benefit so much from more updates/renovations. For example, I think the paint peeling in the pool should be addressed asap. There is just so much potential here if they’ll keep...

Great getaway, booked a King room with jetted tub. Jetted tub did not work, they did offer maintenance to come up but it was too late at night for us and we were only staying 1 night. So check that first before you get settled into your room. I booked my husband and I the Spa Package for our wedding anniversary. We got a On the Spot Massage (male masseuse, super professional and friendly) and a his and her express Pedicure. Coffee maker was a bit out of date as it took a bit for it to make it, maybe I should of had them do it for me. Overall great hubby wants to bring the kids with us next time so I can go...

The front desk was very friendly, welcoming, hospitable, conversational, humoring, and fun! Noteworthy is the service and maintenance crews. Responsive, Attentive, Friendly, Effective. Brandon and Zachary resolved a few minor issues, including one induced by me. Overall the experience for me was top notch. I truly enjoyed my stay here....
