Upon entering, I felt like I had walked through the door of my favorite 1950's movie! This lovely establishment touts the charm of the mid century modern era. Every detail was thought through in creating a lovely vacation for the guests. My husband and I fully enjoyed exploring the decor and my 9 year old daughter loved the Frank Sanatra records playing on the vintage stereo as we entered. The host, Tom, is a gem! His easy manner and personable conversation was topped only by his wonderful ability to cook! Wow! The food was top notch! Tom even accommodated our dietary needs and restrictions with perfection! The vintage suites were spotlessly clean and I felt extremely comfortable. In addition, we loved roaming the gorgeous 6 acres and the serenity that they brought to the property. This place is a MUST!

Very cool and authentic mid-century modern home! Huge and every room has its own bathroom! Shared spaces are huge and authentic. There is even a very cool bar area down the hallway, and a huge deck, and magnificent yard. Tom was the perfect host, laid back, helpful, interesting to talk to and available for advice, but gave us our space. Tom is also a great cook!(see the pics added of the 2 breakfasts he made for our family!). Our family of 9 was spread across all the rooms. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is huge(we made a large dinner friday night). Great neighborhood, walking distance to the farmers market(about 1 mile and we are told it is the 2nd largest in the state) where we shopped one day, and downtown is not too much farther, but we didn’t have time for that. Highly recommend!!!!!

Returning home after a brief stay at The Beloit Haus, still thinking about the unique experience I had. Delicious breakfast every morning, set out beautifully. The accommodations were top notch! Hoping to visit again soon!

This was the best Airbnb experience ever! We booked Tom's place last minute for a football game. We were in amazement the moment we walked in. The home maintains the architectural integrity of its era, but at the same time is amazingly clean and well-maintained. There was even a Frank Sinatra record playing upon our arrival. We felt like we were in a time capsule. The view of the property was amazing from the Lancashire room. The bed was comfy, there were sodas, water and, beer in the fridge. The kitchen was stocked with anything you can need. Tom offered to make us breakfast, but unfortunately, we had to take off early. We will be back next month to take advantage of that! The location is perfect. The backyard has a gate leading right to the stadium entrance. We were even able to run back to the house during halftime and refresh our drinks :) Tom is a fabulous host. I felt like I was with family, but also felt like we had a private butler! We are so...

My wife and I had a great stay at the Beloit Haus this past weekend. What an incredible place. The house is a show stopper. It feels like you walked onto the set of a 1950's movie -- they even had a record player with spinning out tunes from cocktail lounge crooners to set the mood! There's a great living area as well as a fun hangout spot back by the bedrooms with games, records and a period cocktail bar. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was great for us but we could also imagine booking a couple of rooms for a family gathering-- there was just so much space to enjoy in the Haus. We also really enjoyed the incredible peaceful spot on the covered back deck looking over acres of peaceful lawn and gardens. That's where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Best of all was the host, Tom. He's welcoming, easy going and made our stay a real pleasure. We enjoyed getting to share this great space with him. We will absolutely...
