Wonderful and smart massage from Damien for my twisty neck and shoulder muscles. His energy work at the end un-scrunched and opened up my third eye faster and better than Botox - highly recommend!

Other positives are the steam room availability after, which included a small locker room type setup with showers and all one could need in a shower, provided complimentary. Also it included upscale hair products on the counter set up for you to use, and hair appliances. This was handy because I was traveling and had forgotten my hair straightener on my trip.

(I actually liked the hair straightener they had there so much that I’m going to buy the same kind to replace my current one. So that was a little bonus discovery - thanks BHH!)

Other surprise bonuses were the slippers that were “for keeps” with the BHH crest on them, and a large BHH-branded shopping tote bag.

Unsurprisingly, it’s expensive - it’s the BHH, so if this shocks you, maybe you don’t appreciate the history of the Pink Palace and you should keep looking down the street for a quality massage out of a strip mall. Those can be good, too, but that is not this…

I think at the price it’s still okay for a nice splurge for yourself. Also, a 20% tip is added automatically and you can only choose to add more on top of 20%, not less than 20%. This didn’t bother me as I was going to tip 20% anyway. But some people might not appreciate having that choice taken away from them - just know...

Wow, this was the best massage experience I’ve ever had. It’s a bit pricey but absolutely worth it for the experience you get. I was treated like royalty from the moment I arrived. The massage therapist, Damian, was so gifted and calming. I couldn’t believe how incredible the massage was and how relaxed he made me feel. I felt like I was floating for hours afterwards. He even had an incredible peppermint tea waiting for me after I finished getting back dressed. The massage was in a bungalow and was so lovely. Also, shout out to Edgar who worked the front desk and was an absolute delight. Can’t wait to come back next time...
