C+ Service Dog experience. As they should, all staff ignored my Service Dog. They tried to charge us a pet deposit even though when we booked the room [Hilton.com] we marked a SD would be with us. F- fireworks experience. I'm negatively affected by fireworks. Because of Minnesota's ban of commercial grade fireworks we decided on Minnesota instead of Wisconsin for several days during the 4th of July holiday this year. I called the motel during the day and also overnight to ask about them. Both times I was told fireworks couldn't be heard and it was quiet. It's not so quiet. From the hotel you can hear fireworks from the nearby residential neighborhood. Evidently you can also hear the Bloomington display fireworks show. At check-in the front desk said we had just missed them. Good! When I talked to the front desk during checkout she said Bloomington PD doesn't enforce the fireworks laws. We won't be returning to get away from Iowa's July 3-4, no ban on any fireworks. ✓ Friendly staff. ✓ Room service did not knock with the Do Not Disturb door hanger on the door. ✓ Short driving distance to Mall of America and Paisley Park.

I hate to leave negative reviews, especially when the staff are friendly and helpful. However, my girlfriend and I stayed here for five nights and developed really bad allergies. (We felt fine both before and after our stay here). I later learned the likely reason for these allergies — the filthy HVAC system. (It’s also worth noting that the heating didn’t work throughout our entire stay). Oh - and despite our having the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the room, the maid loudly knocked on the door in the morning to see if we needed towels. I’ve never had that happen before in hundreds of hotel stays. I also reached out to the manager of this hotel several times in an effort to resolve the issues amicably and keep these photos private, but received no response. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Stay away, rude and mean staff! Hotel was a little “tired” as far as the facility but the real problem came with the hotel staff, it all started at check-in. The guy checking me in was very short and a little snooty to say the least, not really anything specific just a little rude, not warm and welcoming at all. The next issue came with the hotel bar where the bartender was very, very rude when my wife and I were ordering drinks. Lastly one morning when I was working in the lobby I was using a conference room to do some computer work done. I went into this room because it was noisy in the lobby and I had some calls to make. The door was unlocked and open all the way. The sign on the door said conference and has no mention of being reserved or off-limits. I left my laptop in this room to step out to the restroom. When I returned the door was closed and locked with my computer inside. I went to the desk to ask them to unlock the room and the woman immediacy began scolding me for using the room without permission. I told her there was no sign on the door and it was wide open. She continued to treat me like a child that had knowingly broken a rule. Another lady at the front desk then got involved and walked me to the room. At this point as she was unlocking the door she too began talking down to me like I was knowingly breaking some rule. I explained to her if the room was reserved if off-limits they should have a sign or simply lock the door! She then said there is a sign, but she couldn’t show me on because there wasn’t one! Then she basically accused me of trying to steal my own computer! Stay away! Terrible hotel with...

The room we stayed in was great and the customer service at the hotel was very good. However, I am a first time Hilton customer and when I reserved the room on my Hilton Honors phone app for August 8th, there was an error and it charged me twice (I had to pay for the room in advance.) I called customer service line and they cancelled the second reservation (sent a cancellation email to me, also.) They mentioned that other customers were having the same issue that day.

Our stay went very well, but a few days after our trip, I noticed a second Hilton lodging charge. I called the Hilton customer service line again, and explained my situation to a customer service rep. It seemed as though she had no clue what to do, and ended up hanging up on me. So, rather than waiting on the phone for a second time to get a second customer service representative, I called the hotel directly. I explained my situation a second time to a very nice receptionist. She said that the charge was for a second stay that we didn't check into. She said she would transfer me to their accounting office so that they could take care of the issue. Unfortunately, no one in the accounting office answered the phone, and their mailbox was full. So I called the hotel back again, and was given to the manager. I told my story a 3rd time, who was finally able to refund my money (hopefully.)

As a new Hilton customer, I am not at all impressed. I wasted a lot of my time talking to 4 people regarding a single issue that was apparently resolved the first time. Very...

Overall, my family did not enjoy our stay at your hotel.

It started with the pool. We chose carefully where we were going to stay based on location and amenities. The pool was a fairly important part of our agenda and nowhere on the website nor the app did it mention anything about the pool bring closed. By the time we found out, it was already too late, too expensive, and too mentally/ physically exhausting to start looking for somewhere else.

Next was the water temperature. The sink ran alright, it wasn't until we went to shower in the morning that we found out the water never seemed to get warm at all. We were only able to take 1 minute showers.

Another HUGE issue we had was the noise level. It was incredibly hard to get comfortable. The door to our room seemed to be broken. The bottom piece was completely gone, leaving no sound barrier between the room and the hallway. On top of that the last two nights we stayed there, a group of teenage kids were hanging out in the hallway late at night. It got bad enough to where I had to get out of bed and go tell them to quiet down or take it somewhere else twice.

We had a very surprising experience considering this is a Hilton. I've never stayed at one before and I can't see myself staying at one again.

I'm not typically the type to ask for a refund when I've already used the entire service, but I was not about to have the rest of my trip ruined and cut short by wasting more time finding a place to stay. We made the best of our vacation, but we had a miserable stay at your...
