Don't. Don't waste your money. 3 weeks ago, they sold to Hyatt. I booked for both the indoor and outdoor water park. The indoor water park is no longer affiliated, & has been shut down for months. It isn't posted anywhere on their website. Place is run down. No room service, at all. They don't do that anymore. Had to ask for towels and garbage liners, which I knew in advance since I checked reviews again a couple days before we came. Also brought our own toilet paper. You have to put your garbage & used towels outside in the hall. 1st room, carpets were stained & left over wrappers from people before us. Skid mark on the toilet seat. Mirror still dirty. No freezer, fridge was too keep drinks luke-warm, & invested with ants, the shower faucet flew off the wall & hit me in the leg while I was taking a shower. They said maintenence would be up to fix it. 4 hours later, still wasn't fixed, so they gave us the room across the hall. 2nd room, still gross dirty carpets, cob webs in the windows, pee on the toilet seat, and someone's wrist band on the floor. Poop on my comforter, along with other stains. But! Shower worked, fridge (this time with a little freezer), and no ants. No drinks in vending machine. Workers were really nice, but you can tell they lost faith with the new owners because when I told them I booked due to both pools so my daughter could play for her bday, they said nothing we can do & speak to the GM across the way, who also isn't going to do anything for you. Oh yeah. I wiped up something off the bathroom floor, and the paper towl came up black. Wore shoes the entire time.

I want to start off by saying this is our third year booking this hotel in August. In 2021 and 2022 I would of rated this hotel a lot higher. I’m not sure what happened between last August and this August but this hotel MAJORLY went down hill. We absolutely will not be coming back. The indoor/outdoor pool with slides and splash pad are not available at this hotel anymore and are under renovation until January 2024. The elevators would close and open and close and open several times before letting you go up one floor. We booked a room with a king bed and pull out couch, the pull out couch had no bedding or any available. The kind bed smelt like vomit and you can not get anyone to clean the room if you are occupying it. On our last day in the hotel it stormed and we realized our room had a leak so our luggage got soaked. You can only get food Wednesday- Saturday. So I can not rate on that since our stay was Sunday - Wednesday. I will say that this hotel offers popcorn to buy but no microwaves. Even though they offer food, they don’t have any silver wear so don’t bring any left overs to the hotel. The put put corse was not maintained at all we could barley even golf. My check out email said 11pm but the hotel told us 10am. Seems like yet another way to scam people.

The establishment should be condemned. First I plan on contacting the better business bureau due to the blatant false advertising. Then the Missouri state health department. We booked a hotel with indoor/outdoor pool & water slides. What they have is a dilapidated ungodly bacteria pit covered in black mold that they referred to as their “standard hotel pool”. It’s missing tiles all around the pool, there’s black mold everywhere, dilapidated pool chairs, wet cigarette buts surrounding the pool, a life raft last inspected in 2017. You can’t smell an ounce of chlorine, frankly it smells like cat urine. When we arrived the room had no A/C, thermostats ripped off the walls. The elevator is barely functional, rooms are disgusting & smell like mold. We had to buy pillows, fire alarm went off during our stay due to system malfunction, toilet overflowed… This place is a serious health hazard. DO NOT STAY HERE! Side note the staff are all very nice & try their best to accommodate, they just don’t have the means to overcome the issues.

We have stayed here several times- it used to be the Welk Resort. It has gone downhill. We get together for our family reunion here- several rooms for several days. You would think they would be more accommodating. Check-in was a nightmare. They used to have cold water and coffee in lobby- no more! It was hot, staff seemed to not be able to find anything. Our room was not ready. They told us to leave a number and they would call when ready. They never called. I finally went back at 6:30 and they said they weren't sure why we were not called. The rooms are small. Bring your own pillow- those provided are small and flat. The thermostat in our room had been ripped off the wall. We were stuck with the AC unit on the floorthat could not be regulated. It was hot and stuffy in the room. We would prop our door open to get some air when we could. The breakfast food was ok- not worth an extra $11.50/person. Coffee was sub par. We did pizza there one night - skip it!! and then had a buffet dinner- the chicken was inedible. Definitely go elsewhere for food. We reserved a meeting room for those that wanted to stay up late and play games. The first night a security guard stopped by and said we had to be out by 10:00. In the past we could stay as long as we wanted - but the security guard said- "it's new management and they want you out at 10:00" So much for having an extra space to play games late (but they still charged us of course) Upon checkout, there were multiple charges on rooms (each room seemed to be a different price although we had the same thing). The person that had to look at this was unavailable and we had to wait a few hours for her to show up-but still be out of the room of course. We spent thousands there multiple times but will not be back. There have got to be better places to stay in Branson! Would...

We stayed there for two nights. The first night we noticed that there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. It was disgusting and not appropriate considering we would be paying $450 for two night stay. My boyfriend goes and complains to the front desk, they don’t seem empathetic at all. They do tell us that we can change rooms and get a refund for that night because It was already late and our three year old was sleeping. The next evening we moved to a new room. The room legitimately smelt like someone just went number 2. It was disgusting and the AC was off. The maintenance guy gets the AC on and we leave the room and come back later to a HUGE puddle on the floor from the AC leaking. I’m pretty sure thats why the AC was off in the first place and they didn’t want to worry about fixing it. He went to tell someone about the puddle and they had maintenance come and fix the leak at 10 at night and didn’t even acknowledge the fact that the whole corner of our room was soaked in water. They did nothing to compensate us for that night. We went ahead and just stayed because it was late again. I 100% don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It was absolutely disgusting and the hotel employees don’t care at all. Housekeeping doesn’t keep up with stuff and doesn’t even go in to clean the rooms everyday. There’s always trash in the hallways because they tell everyone to just leave there dirty towels and trash in the hallway for housekeeping to pick up. Not to mention there isn’t even complimentary breakfast for the amount of money we’re paying. We would have been better off to stay at a holiday inn or something. It was an awful experience. Please...
