All American Campgrounds — Hotel in Bristol

I love this Campground, we go every race, and being a customer for years and years, we know when to renew, don't even need an email. Renewals are due the same time every year. Makes it so easy to remember, Just call and talk to the wonderful people there, they are amazing. To get to the track all you got to do is walk across the red bridge and there is The speedway, can't get any closer than that. The Shower house stays so clean, then the burn and turn awesome when you don't want to cook, great prices good food. I don't know why anyone would want to stay anywhere else. I also love the fact that I feel safe there because they have security officers at all times. The staff are so friendly, and the view at the top of the campground is out of this world. I cant wait for April and September, See yall then. Thank you All American for the wonderful...

Be very careful folks - this business has no loyalty. They sold the spot I have loyally rented for the spring and fall Bristol nascar races for YEARS!!!!! No call, no email, I missed a “renew” date on FB. I realized it and got a hold of them last night - but nope my spot is gone like that. Absolutely horrible business that shows no loyalty to those loyal to it. I will never be back and I will ensure my friends stop going to this campground too. I have been going to this campground for over a decade. It took me years of trying to get the spot I wanted by my friends and then finally got it and paid for it for over 6 years straight (through COVID when the track and campground were empty) and then you just sold it away. I am just astonished by how poor your customer service...

Our favorite Bristol campground. Close to the track and good views from many campsites. Most sites are not level (be prepared). Most sites are grassy. Would have gave it 4-5 stars, but the price keeps going up and the it's not kept up as nice as it used to be. Grass was 6-8" deep, no trash barrels close to the site like there used to be....although they did come by if you left your bag out. Ice truck never came past our site, but was at least there. Sheriff not patrolling like they used to...our neighbors music was still loud at 2AM. Vendor Area was vacant, but had a nice place to park your golf-cart. NASCAR attendance has really went down hill.... just sad to see local businesses showing the...
