Our recent stay at Coyote Ridge, managed by Beavers Bend Adventures, was an absolute dream come true. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every aspect of our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Furthermore, it was Savannah, the Assistant General Manager, who truly made our experience exceptional. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and unwavering dedication to ensuring our every need was met were truly remarkable. Savannah's genuine kindness and attentiveness made us feel like valued guests throughout our entire stay. Her swift responses to our inquiries and willingness to go above and beyond truly set her apart.

Savannah's dedication to modernizing the design and decor at Coyote Ridge truly made a difference in our overall enjoyment. The thoughtful additions made our stay effortless, every detail was carefully considered to provide a seamless and luxurious experience.

Sergio, the owner of the cleaning company, deserves special recognition for his outstanding work. The cabin was spotless, and Sergio's meticulous attention to detail was evident in every corner. Not only was the cleanliness impeccable, but we also appreciated the thoughtful little touches that made us feel right at home. Sergio's dedication to ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment truly elevated our stay.

In addition, we were fortunate to interact with the maintenance team, Dustin and James, who further enhanced our experience. These remarkable individuals were not only incredibly kind and friendly but also exhibited unparalleled professionalism. Whenever we needed assistance, they arrived promptly and resolved any issues efficiently, leaving us completely satisfied.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Beaver Bend Adventures, Heather and Janine are the most unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate company I have ever dealt with!

I made a reservation on Dec 3, 2023 through Airbnb for a cabin managed by Beaver Bend Adventures and Janine for Thanksgiving week. When I arrived on Wed Nov 27 at 4:30 pm the cabin was already OCCUPIED!!! I called BBA and Heather stated she did not know what was going on but would investigate and get back with me. I sent her copies of all my confirmations and receipts. An hour passed and I still had not heard back from BBA. I began messaging and calling with NO answers or responses. At this point other members of my family arrived, and we began looking up other numbers and calling from different phones to get someone to answer. Janine repeatedly told me they did not have my reservation which is a LIE as Airbnb has confirmed both the date and time BBA accepted my reservation, the date and time BBA responded and answered my message about the cabin and early check in, the date and time BBA was notified of my payments and when BBA released the check in info including directions to the cabin and the code to get in the door!!! During one of my phone calls with Heather as I was crying not knowing where we were going to sleep (a family of 10 with 2 small children), she hung up on me!!!! YES, she told me she was not going to listen to this and hung up!!! At this point it was cold and dark, and we had been on the side of the road for hours. Janine called and told me a local motel had 2 rooms for 1 night if I wanted to call and book it!!!! 10 people stranded with 5 days’ worth of food, and I’m supposed to make and pay for 2 motel rooms for 1 night and then what?!

Beaver Bend Adventures, Janine and Heather took NO responsibility for THEIR ERROR of double booking this cabin (which I booked first as the man in the cabin and I compared info), never apologized, and repeatedly told me it was my fault!! Janine and Heather are unprofessional, heartless and rude and I still have never heard from them since the night this happened!!!

We had the most incredible time staying with Beaver Bend Adventures. We rented the Heaven on the River cabin for two nights for our wedding. It was absolutely stunning. We got to have both of our immediate families stay with us. Being able to all be in the same space and eat around the same table, we were able to create memories that will last a lifetime. The view created the most beautiful background for our wedding photos and listening to the sound of the river flowing was so peaceful. We then rented Kashmir for three nights for our honeymoon. This cabin couldn’t have been any more perfect! It’s conveniently close to town for date nights, but also secluded for privacy while relaxing in the hot tub. We also very much enjoyed the tv outside by the hot tub. Our stay was during the College Football Conference Championships, lol. We spoke to Savannah a few times during our stay (looking for recommendations and thought we left something at the first cabin) each time she was nothing but friendly and helpful. 10/10 from us for both the cabins and the customer service. We will definitely be booking Beavers Bend...
