What a HOT MESS! How can you open a brand new Starbucks and run it like this? I should have looked at the faces of the disgruntled waiting customers before I placed my order for two drinks that I had to wait over 30 minutes for! First, I was asked how to make the very basic drink, then all orders of customers orders were lost so everyone was being asked what they ordered. Orders were coming out completely out of sequence. Someone that had been waiting 10 minutes might get their order sooner than someone that had been waiting 30. There was a total of maybe 10 customers, but you would have thought a travel bus had just dumped 100! When I finally did get my order and took it out to the car I realized they hadnt used sugar free syrup at all, as requested, and sugar makes me ill, SO it went in the trash! There was also zero apology for the wait. The employee kind of just threw it on the counter, never making contact. HOT MESS! I cant imagine investing this much money in something and then just letting it do its own thing. It's like leaving a toddler home alone! Neglected! The other reviews tell me nobody cares! Open for a month and 2.6...
Read moreAs of this review, this Starbucks has been open for less than six weeks.
This Starbucks is connected to the Choctaw hotel’s gift shop area, so keep in mind that this is definitely a “grab and go” type Starbucks and not one to sit and lounge at. There are a couple tables outside the building though.
Store was extremely clean and even though we arrived at 6pm, it was still pretty busy. If you’re planning a morning Starbucks run from Broken Bow, plan for a bit of waiting. The location was out of a lot of products. I recommend having a backup drink or food in mind in case they’re out of your usual order. Service was friendly, but I could tell they were extremely busy and frazzled.
Rating this location 4/5 for now. It will take a few months for this location to hit its groove (first Starbucks in Broken Bow area) so set your expectations and you’ll have a pleasant...
Read moreI would leave a zero store but it's not offered. Ariana the manager on duty at 7:00 a.m. had no clue. It was one worker and Ariana. They were literally filling up the coffee beans at 7:20 if you open at 7:00 a.m. you should already have your pre-opening duties completed including opening the register. You know I would prefer the honesty of saying I overslept we're opening late I will not take orders until 8:00 a.m. until you completed all the duties rather than you taking eight separate orders and making people stand there for 30 minutes and still not getting your coffee. And this is plane coffee that was ordered not triple mocha venti Carmel macchiato. I know there's a lot of kinks to iron out and opening a new business but this this...
