Brookville Inn By OYO Near Dayton International Airport — Hotel in Brookville

It is what I expected it to be. But it wasn't really cleaned the way it needed to be. We had a smoke free room but there were ashes on the desk. We got a double and the bed was nice and firm. No bed bugs but there was roach tracking I didn't see any roaches but there was poop. They had a microwave and a mini fridge. Their breakfast consists of cereal and fruit. Only 55 for the night and we had two adults and a baby. It was quiet. The sheets didn't really look clean but we were exhausted. I didn't use the shower so I don't know how the water was but it's cheap and the weekly rates are cheaper than a two night stay at holiday inn. Update: I think they took out the fridge and microwave the past few times I have been I don't see any. I wish that they would kick out people that smoke in the room because it really does affect my asthma and the glutens are left behind which can have a huge...

This place was DISGUSTING!!!! Do not stay here ever! We were on our way to New Jersey from Kansas and randomly picked a spot to stop. Upon check in the clerk had their head hanging out the door smoking classy.... should have been our first thought to leave. It was late and we were tired, so we check in. The sheets had dog hair all over them, they did promptly change them with sheets with cigarette burn marks. Not great but doable at that point. Wake up and shower and grabbed a towel it looked stained, but folded neatly gave it a sniff and it smelled like pee. We got the heck out of there tried to complain and check out and there was no one in the office at 630am. A sign that says leave key here. We go eat breakfast come back 7am no one. We left key in room and left. We called at 8, 9,and 10am to let them know the key was in the room. Never got a...

Unfortunately we were driving late at night and needed a place to sleep and shower. Never in my life did I expect what we walked into. It was not clean and the air wasn't on so it smelled musty, fridge wasn't on so we had to plug that in for our food. Wall plates for outlet by sink was cracked that may be a fire code violation. Zero hot water, ironing board no iron, no hair dryer, bath towels as small as a tea towel. Bottom line is take care of your business if you'd like more guests. I should've asked for a refund, tired and couldn't drive anymore. I've never seen anywhere in...
