This is truly the BEST Hotel my husband and I have stayed at. And we travel and take vacations every year! The rooms are very clean, large walk in shower with rain 🌧️ shower head. They have shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, full bottles attached to the walls in the shower so you don't have to worry about trying to open up shampoo from ketchup packets. There are plenty of towels on shelf INSIDE the shower or on top of bathroom counter by the sink. Maid service is provided EVERY DAY, not every other day. Desk, small refrigerator, coffee pot and Ice bucket is provided in the rooms. There is a workout room, a veranda/patio to sit out in the sunshine if you care to. There is an indoor heated pool, but it was closed due to repairs when we were there. There is breakfast, however you have to pay for that separately. However, there is a chef on hand to make 🥞 and omelets of your choice. The buffet includes scrambled eggs, cereal, danishes, bacon, grits, orange juice, and fruits 🍓 all for just $14.00.I say it is worth it, since it's all you can eat. They also have a bar that opens around 5pm. They serve dinner as well, but thought $26 for a ribeye dinner was too steep for us so we went to a local tex-mex place to eat. We ordered pizza 🍕 from Dominoes which was less than 2 miles from the hotel on another night. They have a business room with computers and printers to use at no expense. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Highly recommended!

This hotel's policies require you to stay two nights. There is no negotiation or are you able to change the date because their policies will not allow it. You will get charged the room. I will never stay here again. The good thing is there are numerous nice hotels next door where i will be staying because its a great location. The beds where very hard, making my lower back hurt. The two nights we where forced to stay, we never got clean towel. I had house keeping entering my room at 8:30 am in the morning will we where still in bed. We left for the day when we came back the room was never cleaned. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash, to top it off there wasn't even a bar of soap. i shouldn't have to be call the front desk for theses things. You could hear the foot steps of the guest in the room above us as they walked around in their room. Even my kids said "this is the worst hotel we have stayed in here in College Station." The front desk personnel had a dry manner in which they attend customers, they need training. This hotel is way over priced for what you get. never again. ALSO THE VIEW FROM MY ROOM OF ONLY THE ROOF VERSUS WHAT I PAID FOR THE TWO NIGHT STAY, THIS HILTON RIPPED ME OFF.

I published a review of this place but don’t know where it went. We were in town for my daughters gender reveal and only staying one night. I specifically booked this hotel because it had a pool. After a long day, we were looking forward to getting in the spa at the end of the night, only to discover that there was a sign on the door that said the pool was closed for the weekend. This is the second visit down there, and the second visit at a Hilton hotel, where the pool was closed both times, and we had no advanced notice (last visit was at the Embassy Suites back in April). I sent a message to the Front Desk seeking some sort of resolution, but was merely told “sorry for the inconvenience.” I didn’t expect a full refund or anything, but at least a free breakfast voucher or something would have been nice for the trouble. $202 for one night with no free breakfast, no pool, and hard beds. The bar also closed at 10:00pm (on a Saturday) so our one night there was not enjoyable at all. Second-guessing booking with a Hilton next time we’re in town.

This hotel seemed really nice at first and I’ve stayed here before on a game weekend, and had no issues. I was traveling to B/CS with my family, and we booked guaranteed connecting rooms. When we arrived, we were allowed to check in and I had my entire family with me, with small children. When we go up to the room, the A/C unit is literally pulled off the wall, hoses are coming out of our room into the hallway, and there’s a bunch of equipment everywhere. There were guys working in a couple of other rooms but my room was wide open with no one in there and the A/C unit off the wall. So my whole family has to go back to the front desk where they say they have no more connecting rooms available and they said that “yeah, a lot of people complain about the construction,” but there definitely was no mention of construction on their website when I booked the hotel. We decided since they had no other rooms available for us that we would go to another hotel. I called the Diamond desk at Hilton and they said they can’t refund me because I’d already checked in, and I explained that the hotel checked me in despite having work done on the rooms and I have to talk to the front desk. The front desk said that since I’d already checked in they can’t refund me but they assured me that once their manager got in the next day that she would refund me. I booked with points so it wasn’t even any money. I never received a refund for the points, and when I called the Diamond desk after the sixth time of being told they can’t help me if the hotel won’t refund me, they told me that the reason the hotel gave for not refunding me is because “in no way was my stay hindered by the A/C repair,” then they tried to sell me a timeshare. So now it’s been about a month later and I have to call back again to try to get my points back for a room I couldn’t use. Very disappointing experience all around. I e stayed in many Hilton brand hotels and never experienced anything like this. And the customer service experience has really gone...

My wife and I booked a reservation (July 31st - August 1.) and stayed in (room 420) at the Hilton Garden Inn, our first stay.

When walking off the elevator you first have to step over white towels on the floor and when entering the room you first notice different paint spots on the wall; someone did touch-ups with different paint colors which is awful.

The TV had scratches on the screen and the bed cover had a light pink stain on the top portion of the cover.

When going to the ice machine the carpet must of been wet because when my wife entered the area of the ice machine she slipped and caught herself from falling.

At this point, I was ready to go elsewhere, but the other Hilton we always stay at was booked full.

As we were having breakfast, the eating area became engulfed in a grease-like aroma, and we noticed two individuals getting breakfast while their overalls and hands we covered in grease; Notwithstanding, looking around other individuals also had dirty clothes on.

Never have we had this experience in an eating area or restaurant!

I mentioned this to Cathy at the front desk and her reply was nonchalant because she said that the company eats here. Really, this is allowed at a Hilton!

As we went to get in our car, our Audi Q8, black in color, had one side covered in water spots that had unfortunately dried. As you may well know, dried-on water spots will have to be removed by a car detailer. An expense that I should not have to incur because of the negligence of your facility.

We always try to stay at a "Hilton" when staying in College Station visiting our grandchildren, but let's be clear, I will never stay at the...

We have stayed at this hotel a few times back in 2016 never had any issues.

Just stayed here last night & the staff was friendly, the room was very clean BUT they charge you a $7/night parking fee? Why do I have to pay a parking fee when you have no security or valet? What am I paying a fee for? I parked the car myself? Weird.

Also we thought that breakfast was included with the price per night, & it was not. $7/per child and $13/adult.

The big issue was the ac did not work. Would not turn on at all. It was around 9:30 pm when we discovered this. Called the front desk to ask for help and the lady who answered the phone said she was new and wasn’t sure what to do but she would have maintenance come look. So we waited up for maintenance for over an hour no one showed up. We had a 9 year old and 1 year old baby with us so we finally just went to sleep but the room was very hot all night. We would step out in the hall just to cool off. The next morning when we checked out I told the girl what happened and she said “‘next time call” I explained that we had called and no one came. She apologized for the inconvenience. But no refund was offered, or a discount on our next stay, nothing. ALSO sense the room was very hot we drank the 2 bottles of water that were left in the room, we assumed they were complementary. Apparently not. They are $4/bottle. We also used the ice machine so the water would be cold and were charged $1.

For $120+ per night we expected a...
