The River Centre at The Landing — Hotel in Bunker

Restaurant was wonderful. Resort room was wonderful. River course was wonderful. Bus driver, Calvin, was wonderful. *"Load Boss", Dave, who is in charge of making sure your party is loaded, has their "horse collars"-(orange life vests), and dropped at the float destination was abrasive, rude and arrogant and untruthful to me, to the bus driver in front of us and behind his back and other members of our party. *The owner refused to even meet with a group of girl scouts that had a poor expierence with being loaded onto the bus. The flier in the rooms state that the establishment isn't just about "making money" but the owner refused to refund $35 for THEIR OWN MISTAKE to a group of scouts who paid $1300.00 total to the resort. They aren't used to being held accountable by patrons who haven't been drinking. *So I wonder, how often they are jerks to people that don't realize it due to drinking and the "load boss" gets away with it because from what I observed, he twists the truth around and is a jerk to staff and patrons...food for...

You are so close to nature it is amazing. I got to see muskrats playing in the river. Butterflies and hummingbirds matter fact all kinds of birds it is a butterfly lover and Bird Watcher's Paradise. Loved this place. Very clean,and organized. Restaurant was amazing. Staff was amazing everywhere we went. ONLY COMPLAINT I have and several of the people in our group all said the same thing.. The Bed is HARD as a ROCK........... I have read other reviews stating the same complaint. And I agree 100%. . You should probably look Into new...
