I tried to utilize keyless entry. Went to the designated room and could not enter. Back downstairs to front desk.
Even though I had changed and confirmed the payment, it still tried to charge an old card (that had been stolen) hence the problem with the access.
Approximately 7:00 pm. Had to wait at front desk as clerk was on the desk phone and her using her personal phone.
Clerk could not get my name right, kept asking if I was Doug/Donald and could not get my last name right, kept asking if it was Greg) therefor could not find my reservation. I gave her the room number that was assigned to me and she then found the right name. NEVER ASKED ME FOR ID! I could have been anyone. Also, never acknowledged my Hilton status or offered the complementary snack. I then asked her for the Lorna Doone cookies, she kept asking what? What? what? She did not know what they were. I pointed to the display and said those cookies right there. She replied they were out. I asked for something else she quickly looked in a drawer and said those were gone as well. So I settled on a third item.
IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE ITEMS TAKE THEM OFF DISPLAY!
I then returned to my room on the forth floor. Again the card keys did not work. Back to front desk.
WOW! Never have I been treated like this in your properties. I have always come to expect a better experience with Hilton properties than other brands. I hope...

Bar soap feels like silk and plenty of white (not failed or discolored) towels to choose from. Light fixtures are modern and BRIGHT!! AC & Heater worked well and the curtain was thin enough to see out in day light but keep sum from beaming in! Fridge was clean and they have coffee pot...I'm not a caffeine drinker but just letting y'all know the sheets were white and comfy... Like, Can comforters have memory foam... because that's how good they are!! I didn't want to get up. They didn't even bang my phone for me to leave. There's an additional latch to stop someone from barging in, like housekeeping and parking was EASY!! WELL LIT property, card needed to enter on any side oof building and elevated were clean too. They had hand sanitizer and LYSOL wipes stations EVERYWHERE!! SNACKS DOWNSTAIRS TOO!

Read moreI stayed here for two nights for a solo vacation. I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a modest, budget-friendly options. It's also not a bad drive to Hot Springs if you are looking to visit. The room was small, but clean. The mattress was a little too firm for my taste and the frame creaked a bit too loudly when I turned, but there were plenty of pillows and the duvet was very comfortable and warm. The AC worked great, but as others mentioned, it's a bit loud. The bathroom was really clean and I really liked the shower. I felt that the area was pretty safe and there's plenty of food establishments around to get a quick bite. The rooms are not very well noise-insulated and I could hear (and feel the vibration from their footsteps) when people walked down the hallway and were in the parking lot. I could also hear other people in other rooms that weren't next to me. I didn't really mind, but if you're a noise-sensitive sleeper, I'd recommend ear plugs. The breakfast was pretty good. Eggs, sausages, potatoes, cereal, waffles (they actually had chocolate batter for the waffles which was super cool!), etc. They also had complimentary coffee in the lobby, which I made use of often. I felt that the staff was pretty nice and helpful. Overall, I would stay here again if I'm...
