Flying Burger & Seafood — Restaurant in Caddo Valley

Let me state this place has a great atmosphere good employees and the owner and her grand daughter are reasonable people and logical minded. The food from what I have tasted is good. Burgers are ok fries are mmmmmeeeeeaaaa they are ok some are to soggy some are just right it is like they dont let their fries sit for a min and drain the oil off. The fish is good but you dont get what you pay for. They have on the menu you know the classic 3 filets 4 fillets 6 fillets ect .... well you dont get a fillet at all you get chunks and a chunk is not a fillet. As you will see in my photo I posted. The fries have a good taste as i said they are greasy tho but good just have to take a paper towel to them and dry them off. They have different seasonings you can add to it which is great I enjoy the cajun on my all my food...fries i also uss ketchup so good here they have many types of other dressings topping for free. The drinks and drink area see to be ok they are coke products. The machine looked like the nozzles needed to be cleaned and soaked in warm water to get the sticky off but it did it hinder the taste at least I did. It taste a difference so good drinks. The sweet tea is stupidly sweet so if your diabetic dont even go near it. The unsweetened tea has a good flavor provided it is fresh I think they make it with Louisiana tea. The fish tacos are garbage in my opinion they are sloppy and fall apart and it is just fish no seasoning thrown on to the dish. the shrimp is good boiled or fried cant go wrong with it same with the crab and mud bugs. Kids box boat is a nice twist and a unique twist and they are not bad for the price any more though may as well just but them a meal and split it between 2 kids or take the left overs with ya as a snack for later. Burgers are ok about as good as Sonics burgers cooked on a flat top like the old diners. They have many toppings and extras you can buy and add they are not cheap but they are on the menu. All in all I age this place a 1 star because of the fact I did not get what I paid for and talk to the store manager and franchise owner of the shop and he assured me that what I got was a filet and I told him and I told him how is what I ordered a filet when ever where else gives me a half s fish and you gave me a chunk of fish ( fish nugget). He kept giving me reasons and excuses for the logic behind the ( fish nuggets) and I just listen and he gave me the number to the guy that owns the name brand and the recipe ect so I will be making phone calls but still i should not have to report the issue to your boss you should be able to Express the issue to your own boss. Well I had high hopes, but it was not a good experience! First it was not busy at all, and now I may know why. I ordered a combo #2 with added Bacon and American cheese. I had to wait about 5 or 6 minutes but that would have been fine if the food was good, but unfortunately it was mediocre at best! First the fries were lukewarm, greasy and tasted old which should not have happened since in the whole place it was just me and one couple sitting at a table. I tried the fries as soon as I got in the car right after I got my bag and was very disappointed. The burger was better, but not much! There was NO BACON on my burger, which they charged me an extra $1.69 for. One old thin piece of lettuce with black spots on it which I had to remove, and only one brown tri-fold napkin like you'd find in a restroom was in the bag! The burger was clearly just slapped together. Very disappointing experience. See pictures.

Now I know why every time I drive by it's never busy! I had taken everything to go and only drove a mile and a half home and took the pictures as soon as I got there and had put everything on a plate. I called in and ordered 2 meals a combo basket which consisted of 4 fish/4shrimp I requested all grilled… 2nd order was 12 jumbo shrimp fries with a corn on the cobb

First of all on the combo meal I only recieved grilled shrimp the fish was fried I specifically asked for grilled everything and was told, yes we can grill everything on top of that everything was luke warm at its best.THEN MY 12 jumbo shrimp where cold “OMG” they where horrible and hard as a rock do you know what cold cornmeal does to the roof of a mouth and the corn on n the corn cob was cold it had been doused in garlic butter yea that may taste good hot but the corn was cold and mushy!!

60.00 Worth of nothing I feel like that food had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours This restaurant sits across the street from a truckstop we depend on hot food and dont mind paying we have no time to wait on you especially if we call it in at a timely manner The best thing was the coke soda!!

Ooo and I ordered your gumbo before it had to much okra and barely any meat the sausage is cut smaller then someone childs pinky nail it was horrible yall need to get someone from Louisiana to mail you a recipe cause that think okra aint...
